  I have truly enjoyed living at Pecan Ridge Apartments. The entire office staff is always kind, professional, and friendly. They go above and beyond to make residents feel welcome and valued. Anytime I submit a maintenance request, the maintenance team responds quickly and gets the job done right. Their prompt service and attention to detail make living here stress-free. The community is well-maintained, and the staff genuinely cares about the residents. I would highly recommend Pecan Ridge Apartments to anyone looking for a great place to live. I truly miss living here. Thank you to the wonderful office staff and maintenance team for making this such a positive experience!

  This property is ran extremely unprofessionally. The front office was never cordial and always acted as if it were a burden if they needed to do their job. Maintenance requests were never done promptly. It took 3 weeks to get our clothes washer fixed. The actual work took a day, it just took them 3 weeks to stop at the unit and take a look at what needed to be done. We also submitted several requests to fix the dishwasher and the only “fix” we received was to change the soap we were using. I changed the soap and it did not fix it. Our water heater also broke and we had to pull teeth to get that fixed. They tried to say that it was fixed after the first time coming out and when I told them we were still taking ice cold showers they acted is if it wasn’t a big deal. When inquiring about the lack of action on repairing the water heater the property manager insisted my husband take a look at the water heater himself since he’s a maintenance supervisor. This would have resulted in a lease violation. When he pointed out it was a lease violation she said “then I guess you have to wait”. Lastly, the property manager, Christy McGuyer is extremely unprofessional and rude. We gave them a 52 day notice instead of 60 day notice after we had an offer accepted on a home. Since it was 52 days instead of 60 we were charged a “Reletting Fee”. My husband was yelled at and berated over the phone by Christy when he called in and requested documentation stating the 60 days and how long we had until payment was due. I do not recommend this property and I believe there are much better and competitive options in the area.

  After 2 different leases both of which were messed up upon receiving and had to be redone more than once. We went almost a full week with no hot water. Not late on rent and leaving the unit in good condition. We were charged an $800 resetting fee no one told us about when we called to inform we would not be renewing our lease. While on the phone about requesting an email clarifying our timeline to set up a payment plan or pay in full the $800. I was YELLED at by Christy that they don’t have to send that email, and would not send that email. We gave them 52 days notice not 60. We had no issue with the fact we were charged but being yelled at was beyond unprofessional and wildly immature. Christy, also at one point insisted I look at my water heater myself since I’m a maintenance supervisor. Which would have been a lease violation.

  The grounds are very clean the office staff is very knowledgeable and kind. 10/10 property. You should move here!
