  Pecan Ridge has the esthetic of park living. The property is lovely, with mature trees and a creek running behind the property. Neighbors are mostly quiet and friendly and our experience here has been pretty peaceful. Management organizes community activities, which my son really enjoys. Last year at the pool party, he won a prize for his first time doing karaoke and Uncle Worm’s food truck for a pool was there. Staff has always been friendly and even helped me in a financial bind, which I will always be grateful for. #LoveLivingAtPecanRidgeWaco

  I love Pecan Ridge ! The property manager, staff and maintenance are all so welcoming, kind, and helpful. They communicate very well and are always there when you need them. The apartments are nice and the property is well kept. I am very grateful to have found such a nice place to call home.

  We have lived here going on our 6th year, always have had wonderful neighbors. The Staff is exceptional, the maintenance staff is always on top things. Beautiful setting, quiet, and friendly. We couldn't ask for a better place to live. #LoveLivingAtPecanRidgeWaco

  After living at several apartments in waco, we finally made our move to pecan ridge. The apartments are spacious, the staff are very helpful with any issues that may arise. Maintanence is quick to fix anything, and they really do take pride in their work. This is by far the best place we have ever rented from. And we have a fireplace(take that snowmageddon 2026). #LoveLivingAtPecanRidgeWaco
