  The apartment was not deep cleaned before moving in. Stained carpets trim missing from cabinet doors dust fur hanging from light fixtures. Keys do not work to the pool or the gym and I have asked about this multiple times and keep getting told that they’re getting a new system and there’s nothing they could do about. It will not tell me when the system is gonna be put into place and they do not offer any kind of compensation front desk staff obviously does not want to be bothered. It does not care about their clients. Most of the equipment in the gym does not work air conditioner does not work in the billiards room. Just about every amenity there’s something broke about it and they don’t offer any kind of discount or compensation on anything

  I would not recommend living here based on my move-out experience. After moving out, I was charged additional fees for carpet and flooring that I do not believe I caused beyond normal wear and tear. I have photos from the day I moved out showing the condition I left the apartment in. When I contacted the office to dispute the charges, I was told that because I did not have pictures from BEFORE I moved in, I could still be held responsible for the charges. I find that extremely frustrating, especially when residents should not automatically be held responsible for pre-existing conditions or normal wear and tear simply because they do not have move-in photos. What has made the situation even worse is the lack of communication. I have emailed the manager TWICE regarding these charges and have still received no response. I also was not personally contacted about the charges and discovered them through my resident portal. I have asked for documentation supporting the charges, including photos of the alleged damage, the move-out inspection, an itemized breakdown, and repair invoices or estimates. I should not have to repeatedly chase management for an explanation of charges being placed on my account. If you are considering living here, I strongly recommend documenting EVERYTHING when you move in and when you move out—every floor, wall, appliance, carpet, and small imperfection. Based on my experience, you may need those pictures later to protect yourself from charges you do not believe you are responsible for.

  I lived at Domain for 4 years and it has always been a reliable student living apartment. The maintenance and staff are friendly and reliable. They were also willing to help me in any difficult situations I had going on with my apartment. They made a great effort to be involved with their residents and always have a welcoming face. I really liked how communicative the staff was about any issues that arise with their complex, whether it dealt with their shuttle service or amenities. I’ve made some great memories here and I hope others can do the same!
