  McCalister, Tyler What a great guy to talk to and he showed us around and was so knowledgeable about all the houses. Tyler is the best guy to buy a house from at Clayton Homes of Waco .Big smile, handsome and so nice to talk too.

  We had a great experience visiting Clayton Homes in Waco. Tyler took the time to show us several different homes and answer all of our questions. He was very knowledgeable, polite, and never made us feel pressured. He explained the features and options clearly, making the entire process enjoyable and easy to understand. Tyler was a pleasure to work with, and we truly appreciated his professionalism and friendly attitude. If you're looking for a new home, we highly recommend asking for Tyler! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Stopped in at Clayton in Waco and worked with Tyler. He was very thorough with explaining the process and all of our options. He even worked with us to have an opportunity to see the plant where the home will be built. If you're looking for great customer service and someone with a wealth of knowledge Tyler's your guy.

  I cannot say enough good things about Sandy. Since moving into our home, she has been our go-to person for any questions, warranty claims, repairs, or concerns, and she has been nothing short of amazing. What I appreciate most is that she genuinely cares. Any time we’ve had an issue, she has taken it seriously and worked hard to get answers and solutions. She is incredibly thorough and pays attention to the little details that others might miss. During walkthroughs, she takes her time, listens to our concerns, and makes sure everything is documented and addressed. Sandy is also great at communicating. She keeps us updated, follows through on what she says she is going to do, and never leaves us wondering what is happening. If she doesn’t know the answer to something, she’ll find it and get back to us quickly rather than brushing it off. Buying a home can be stressful, and having someone like Sandy on your side makes a huge difference. She is kind, professional, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. It is obvious that she takes pride in her job and truly wants homeowners to have a positive experience. We are incredibly thankful for everything she has done for us and all the time she has spent helping us. Clayton Homes is lucky to have her, and we would recommend her to anyone without hesitation.
