  I love this place. And the office lady's are so nice especially Ludy she is very helpful and considerate. And the mantience guy Alfie is great at fixing everything.

  The hot water situation is complete utter BS. Every month multiple days out of the month waters off,or hot waters off, in forced to go MULTIPLE days without showering, they’re always “diligently” working on the problem that’s never getting fixed, it’s always “we’re ordering the new part” fix the whole damn machine instead. Not to mention last week after the HOT water was off for more than a FEW DAYS, we were charged almost 260$ for WATER AND SEWAGE!!!!!!! Which for several days we didn’t have access too, their solution is “here’s another apartment go shower there” oh goodie!!! I love showering in an apartment that I don’t PAY FOR id love love love for my apartment amenities to just work. This is an ongoing problem multiple times a month for the past maybe 6 months I’ve lost track haha . I love coming home from a long day of work to a cold shower! At this point it’s a joke. They never seem to have answers to our questions! When we sign a lease hot waters an amenity we pay for!!! Are we gonna get compensation? Are we getting a lower water bill? Apparently not seeing as the bill was 260$!!!!!

  These apartments are well positioned and have appealing floor-plans. There has been an on-going roach infestation, and it appears that previous management did a less-than-thorough mold clean-up in my unit. These things combined with the office staff currently being swamped trying to handle some issue with the virtual payment portal has resulted in a pretty stressful environment for tenants. Prior to this I would have said 4-star, and maybe in a few months from now things will be ironed out and be 4-star again.

  Yay! New management took over and is taking care of business. I cannot wait to see what the next few months bring.

  No hot water again ALL weekend with no update. & now cars are being towed whom are here for a short period. 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️
