  I wasn’t able to move into this apartment, and yet THEY STILL FAILED TO RETURN MY $200 DEPOSIT. Despite it clearly stating that it’s refundable, somehow, that doesn’t seem to apply to me. I am absolutely certain of that. And to make matters worse, the management team’s complete lack of communication is outrageous—if the website is misleading, they should be held accountable. This whole experience has been incredibly frustrating and unacceptable.

  Over my year lease I had a generally good experience. The staff and property manager were always very helpful, responsive and friendly. I never had a bad experience with the staff and the living quarters are large for the price. The only thing stopping me from giving 5 stars is the mold. I had mold in my vents pretty much the whole time I lived here but to be fair, mold is a super common issue in south Texas and San Antonio more specifically. Overall, I’d say the Meadows is a very pleasant and accommodating place to live, especially If you have kids.

  Destiny was absolutely wonderful! Super helpful, informative, and welcoming. She made my visit such a positive experience!
