  I have been here a short time. And am enjoying the quiet community and settling in to my new space. Gena has been instrumental in assisting my transition here. Appreciating her patience and quick replies with any concerns re: questions or repairs in the apartment. The staff are courteous and willing to assist as requested. Thanks.

  I was a resident here for nearly ten years in the same unit, and my experience was consistently positive. I started with Jessel as the property manager and later transitioned to Gena, and both of them were incredibly kind, professional, and friendly. They always made me feel like more than just a resident or a unit number, they treated me like a person they genuinely cared about. During my time here, I never had any major issues, and anything that did come up was handled appropriately. Felix and Jerrod are whom I saw the most when it came to maintenance requests and any concern I had was addressed quickly by them, which is something I didn’t experience at other places I’ve lived. They were kind, attentive, and made me feel valued. I appreciated the small community gatherings, especially around the holidays. The snacks, beverages, and friendly atmosphere made it easy to connect with neighbors. If I could suggest anything to the owners of the property, it would be to upgrade the units. The apartments are older, but they’re spacious, something hard to find in newer complexes. Modernizing the fixtures, appliances, countertops, backsplash, and flooring would make a huge difference in appearance and comfort. Overall, this is a great place if you’re looking to save money and prefer a simple, comfortable lifestyle. I’m grateful for my time here and thankful for the memories.

  The apartment is OK but they’re located in a good area. You have a McDonald’s next-door gas station across the street and you have a bank right across the street with ATM machine. They’re also several other banks up and down the street so it’s pretty convenient. Especially if you know what you’re looking for I guess.

  I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but I had to recognize Gena Ball for the outstanding job she does as an apartment manager. From day one, she has been nothing but professional, attentive, and truly dedicated to the residents here. Gena Ball goes above and beyond in every way. She handles concerns quickly, communicates clearly, and makes sure nothing gets overlooked. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about the people they serve, but you can see it in everything she does. She treats residents with respect and makes you feel valued, not just like another tenant. Because of her, this community feels more like home. Her work ethic, kindness, and commitment do not go unnoticed. If you’re looking for a place where management truly makes a difference, this is it—and Gena Ball is a big reason why. Highly recommend!

  I want to take a moment to recognize Gena, the manager at Gold Talon Apartment . She truly goes above and beyond for the residents. Gena is always professional, kind, and willing to help with anything that comes up. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about the community and works hard to make sure everyone feels heard and taken care of. Any time there has been a question or concern, Gena has handled it quickly and with a great attitude. Her dedication, organization, and friendly personality make a huge difference in creating a positive living environment. It’s not always easy managing an apartment community, but Gena does it with grace and professionalism. We are very lucky to have a manager who is so committed to the residents and to keeping the complex running smoothly. Thank you, Gena, for all that you do!
