  I had a wonderful experience working with Lorena. She was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of my questions, made everything easy to understand, and truly went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and welcomed. I also want to recognize the manager, who was just as warm and welcoming. It’s clear that great customer service is a priority here, and it really shows. The kindness and genuine care from both Lorena and the management team made this a truly positive experience. Thank you for all your help!

  I stopped by the property to take a tour, the place is amazing the homes are newer and nice. Lorena helped me and was very pleasant. when my lease is up I will be moving here. Would recommend checking this place out.

  I don’t want to leave this review under my name because I don’t wish to face retaliation but I’m hoping that I am able to make my voice heard because it does seem like I’m unable to get into contact with the office. My back room almost never got cold up until last month so for over 6 months I would experience heat in my room while the rest of the home was extremely cold. When maintenance would come by they’d sometimes leave lights on for me to find out abt almost 12 hours later when I got home from work. One of the maintenance men make me uncomfortable and I tried to make it clear that I felt this way without getting anyone in trouble, Lorena (the agent who typically takes care of correspondence) was incredibly rude and unaccomodating. When I tried to call and ask for help gaining an understanding why they randomly left me a notice that they would be entering the home, she was again rude and it seemed like she was trying to get me off the phone as soon as possible. Most times I do love it here and I recommend it to others but I cannot continue to do that in good conscience so long as I know that the customer service is poor. I would normally take full blame and say it’s just me but I can always tell that from the moment she answers the phone she has an attitude and it’s getting to be too much. Great place if you don’t have issues with maintenance and don’t need to speak to the front but all in all, it’s definitely got major flaws.
