- JRJack RayAug 11, 20265.0Toured one of their one bedroom apartments very recently and was very impressed with both the complex itself and the staff. The unit was clean, modern, and well-maintained. Additionally, our leasing agent, Gisel Rodriguez, was exceptionally kind, professional, and helpful. Great experience!

There was a manager who had her nose in the air who made you feel like you were DUMB. I am the tenant you are the worker. You find options & solutions to outrageous water bills of over $70 a month. Mind you I lived with my man & he was always at wk. You are constantly bombarded with emails & staff dropping into your private space constantly for inspections. The fans had to be replaced when I arrived with cheap looking ones. Dishwasher was messed up never replaced. The rent goes higher & higher as you take a breathe living here. Blinds are cheap. This is ABSOLUTELY 💯 no luxury living. The pool is closed when residents want to use it. Gate stays wide opened for wks & does not get fixed but they just keep charging you for the app that opens the gate despite gate being broken. One thing I observed being in PR when you are looking at the place everyone acts divine in the office but then afterwards Sorry girls you become fake. Be yourselves & honest. Mostly I am so disgusted being from E Texas & traveling the world & having lived in MANY places (homes apts townhomes condos) this is the WORST place I’ve ever encountered. Now after 3 people including myself cleaned before moving out they are charging Skyhigh charges on wear & tear of apt. I took care of this home like it was my own. I have an attorney & will pay only the water that need be everything else is RIDICULOUS!!!! Word of mouth look at the reviews which I got transferred back to this area & didn’t look at. Most people have so many complaints of overpriced bills moving out that I’m not sure how these people are still in business.
