I’ve had a great experience with the maintenance team. They’ve been very responsive, professional, and helpful whenever I’ve needed something taken care of. I especially want to recognize Tony—he’s been friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was handled properly. I really appreciate the quick service and the care he took while completing the work. It definitely makes a difference having a reliable maintenance team!

I applaud the maintenance team at Summerwood apartment at Tyler Texas! I want to give out a shout to Tony who always makes sure I have everything done and I’m okay with my mail and trash! He is a big help to me ! I will be here 13 years in November and I have had some good maintenance men and manager Fernando but I never have to ask for help when it comes to Tony . He comes every week to make sure if there is anything I need! Plus he is the nicest young men to know! I appreciate him and I wanted everyone to know!

Placed a maintenance order with Tony to help me with my tub drain. When I came home, my tub was fixed, the faucet was replaced with a much better one, my bathroom trash was taken out and a new toilet paper roll with a cute little fold on it! Thank you so much Tony!!!
