  This was the first time purchase for me. I felt it a big deal on how to provide something for my kids as I get a bit older. It didn't take long for us to decide on a home to purchase, so we reached out to a local company and started the process. Ben at freedom home reached out very quickly and started the loan process within his office. Overall the entire process was only two months before the actual build date was established. Delivery of the home was quick and setup was done within a couple days. There was some issues with the finalization of the AC and skirting, but that was out of the offices main control. Being vigilant with them help rectify the situations and within 30 days of actually moving in, the home is finished. Ben did bend over backwards for our issues at hand and Iinfluenced some improvements on timeliness. If I buy a second home , I will chose Freedom Homes of Tyler. On a side note: The build quality of the home is nothing like the negative reviews that are given of WACO1, it is a very solid construction.
