- TSTalaxe SmithJul 3, 20265.0So far this place is pretty great, the process was easy, and Roxanne is the absolute best covering everything I need to know and more!… She is extremely attentive and communicative, it’s refreshing to meet a manager who goes great lengths in their work. There were issues with the sink but the issue was resolved in one day very fast and efficient… maintenance was nice too! The atmosphere of the apartments has been quiet, and relatively chill… I could see myself being here for a while, I love how cozy it is! :)

- KKKaylaMar 5, 20263.0The move in wasn't too bad. Staff was good. The software they use for leasing (Yardi systems, etc) was very particular. This might cause a delay with finishing applications. Also there were some things not finished with the apartment by move in (probably due to only one person on management and pavement work on the property). However a few days later a maintenance request was addressed the same day for another issue. Outside of that the assistant manager was very pleasant and helpful. The staff seem nice so far and made the move in relatively smooth.
