  I have had the pleasure of working with Mr. Blair Swaim of Burns Commercial Properties and I must say that my experience has been second to none! Blair has been nothing but helpful and highly communicative throughout the entire process and has even gone above and beyond when it came to various aspects. He made me feel at ease and confident every step. As a Doctor of Chiropractic, I would likely recommend this company and even more so Blair Swaim.   I called to ask about renting a space for a small restaurant. A lady answered the phone and sounded very nice. She transferred me to a gentleman who seemed very annoyed by me. I only asked two questions. He then hung the phone up on me without saying anything at the end of the call. I'm surprised people in the business of leasing and selling property would act this way to a potential customer. I have driven around and looked at several of their properties but I guarantee that I will not even consider them after this. It makes me curious as to why he would act that way when he only heard my voice. I felt very stereotyped by this person. Very disappointed.
