  I wrote this review a few years back but it's all still true! I've bee Burns Commercial Property client for 28 years. They have always eagerly worked with me on every expansion and business endeavor over years. But my biggest shout-out goes to Property Manager Sandey Coker. Time and time again Sandey has taken care of me, and always goes the extra mile in her customer service. Thank you, Sandey, for all you do! You're the best!

  Listed three properties about a month ago with Burns after trying to sell/lease myself for months. First two weeks put the land under contract full price. Within 30 days had two quality lease offers on the 12,000 building.Tenant moving in in a couple weeks. Two down one to go and they have shown that building several times. Well done, expect that will be full soon. I am a happy investor with good brokers taking care of us.
