  I had a good experience during my visit. Lori was professional, took the time to show me the apartment, answered all of my questions, and explained the leasing process clearly. I also appreciate Beth for being helpful and welcoming throughout the visit. Both of them were courteous and made me feel comfortable. Thank you for your time and professionalism.

  My experience in this place was terrible Mrs. Lori super rude we visited this place several times wanting to move but she was rude and discriminatory, we returned for the last time looking for better attention and Mrs. Beth was very friendly she gave us the information that we never got but the bad moment was when LORI from her office spoke loudly to us, another person interested in the same apartment arrived and LORI was cordial and showed her the apartment and we did not show it. It's a really derogatory place because of this lady, they made me and my family have a hard time, including my children, she has no respect or education to be there, I stopped to see comments and I see that if it's true, the lady is quite rude and has no empathy!

  The staff, community, and apartments are perfect for me and my daughter! The location is amazing and pricing is fantastic. Kristi made the leasing process a breeze and was beyond helpful.

  this place sucks. air been broken for 3 months and all they can say is deal with it. i’m so happy they have laws in place so we can actually be the ones to take action. this place is unbearable for kids, pets, adults, elders just because of lazy staff and how the apartments are built! if you don’t have air or proper ventilation then the apartment will create mold. and yes, they don’t care. they tell you to deal with it.UPDATE!! the air is still not fixed and now we’re going into the 100s. they want to replace everything but the main issue (THE HVAC). also they been giving others window units… but have us still bake in a 85 degree apartment

  Absolutely fantastic! The managing staff is so personable!! Lori is very knowledge & helpful. The units are gorgeously maintained and the grounds are meticulous. The complex screens "welcome home"!!! We looked at 2 other complexes prior and are so glad we continued to the Vineyards!!! Go to the leasing office and see Lori and Beth, you'll be so glad you did!!!
