  This place is not worth your money. Maintenance claimed they fixed the ac when they clearly didn’t and left us stuck with an electric bill over $600. Felt like we had to hassle them just to fix it. There’s tons of water damage that looks like they just repair the wall and not the issue at hand. The conditions are those you would expect to find in low income areas, not Trophy Club. Truly disappointed how this place is maintained.

  Exceptional. As someone who once was the president of a condo board, lemme tell you.. the management company + maintenance and their staff are outstanding. They delivered like nobody else did at the same time that thousands of buildings had water pipes break in Texas and other States.. from the deep freeze in February 2021. Tenants received proactive messaging through email, text, and printouts.. before and during the cold spell. This ensured everyone got the message ahead of time on what was expected, and what to do to mitigate any damage or risks. A few units had damage (Like all of Texas) and that day they were already on it, fixing those units. This outstanding level of management and maintenance is seen every day here. I love this location, with it's walking trails everywhere. Under a mile away from Roanoke, "The Unique Dining Capital of Texas". There is even a Tom Thumb grocery store located only 1/3 mile down the street. But most of all.. it's quiet here. Shhhh.. don't tell anyone.

  Office staff are available by phone and present on weekends. I have lived here for two years. Rent is reasonable for Trophy Club especially on the golf course. Maintenance have been responsive. I thorougly enjoy living at the Quourm.

  In the past week I have visited the office four times and no one was there. There is no sign showing hours or when they will be back. I have called five times and left two messages and no response. When I call the emergency maintenance phone number, the man answers "Hello" and refuses to give the name of his supervisor.
