Living here was terrible. I would not recommend. Management does not care about you or the property. They do not enforce dogs being on leases or picking up after the dog park. The trash compactor is always over flowing. Management will not return calls. Do not rent here.

The emergency gate at the back of the apartment complex has been broken for more than year. Multiple requests have been made for repair but no response and no action. Please remedy as soon as possible. This is a major safety concern. This review will change based on response time and corrective action.

I would like to recognize our apartment manager Jose Vanegas for doing an outstanding job. He is professional, kind, attentive, and always willing to help whenever a concern arises. He genuinely cares about the residents and works hard to keep the community welcoming, safe, and well-maintained. His positive attitude and dedication do not go unnoticed. I truly appreciate everything he does for our apartment community.
