  Been living here for a couple of years now and have zero complaints, maintenance staff is timely on issues, new pickleball court is top tier as is the pool. Staff is friendly and responsive to any issues you have as well.

  Updating my review due to Jose! I’ve been having a horrible spider issue on my patio and he came and vacuumed all of them. He’s the best! The only person who truly cares around here is the assistant manager, Jose. Don’t bother trying to call the office or courtesy officer. No one ever answers! Don’t leave a message either because no one will listen or call back. The manager, Mike, seems to never be in office and if he is, he’s on the computer the entire time and doesn’t try to answer the phone or help. One time I went in and there was a few people waiting and he was just sitting at his desk with the door open. Jose and the front desk receptionist helped everyone. There’s dog poop everywhere and no one seems to care or wants to clean it up. The compactor is always full of trash and the community stinks. Maintenance is a joke because they don’t truly listen or read the request. I stopped putting in requests because it felt more like he was being cocky and a know-it-all. I had a problem with my washer shaking and he basically tried to gaslight me and treated me like I don’t know how to use a damn washer. They added in a pickleball court and removed one of the dog parks. No one ever goes over there. This is supposed to be luxury living but I don’t feel like it is. For the price we pay, it’s totally NOT worth it.

  I lived at Tennyson apartments for 1 year and I truly loved my apartment. The staff were very attentive and caring. This is the best apartment that I ever lived in. I truly loved it. I would’ve renewed my lease if I did not have to relocate. I will definitely recommend this place to whoever likes a peaceful, and clean environment.
