I am very disappointed with the customer service I received from Jose. I came to the office simply looking for options because my roommate has moved out, I am the only person living in the apartment, and I cannot afford to continue paying for this unit by myself. Instead of trying to help or explain possible solutions, Jose was rude, dismissive, and repeatedly said he wasn’t going to get involved.
This situation has been going on for about two weeks with no resolution. As a single mom, the uncertainty and lack of assistance have caused me a great deal of emotional distress. I understand that management has to follow lease policies, but there is a professional and respectful way to communicate with residents. I wasn’t asking anyone to take sides was simply asking what options were available.
I left feeling unheard, unsupported, and dismissed during an already difficult time. I hope management will address how residents are treated and ensure that concerns are handled with empathy, professionalism, and a willingness to provide guidance rather than simply turning residents away.

Let me start by saying: if you’re considering living here, think twice.
Management does not consistently enforce the rules and policies they have in place. One of the biggest issues is pet waste. Residents are supposed to clean up after their pets or be fined, yet there is dog waste all over the property. It’s so bad that I don’t even allow my one-year-old to walk or play in the grass because I don’t feel it’s sanitary or safe.
Parking is another major problem. I pay my rent on time every month, I live on the third floor, there are many nights when I get home from work and have to park across the street at another building because there are no available parking spaces near my apartment. This is especially frustrating when I have my one-year-old child with me.
The valet trash service is also unacceptable. The trash fee continues to increase, yet the service is inconsistent. I’ve submitted multiple complaints because my trash has repeatedly been left at my door instead of being collected. One evening, I sat on my balcony and watched the valet trash workers walk in and out of nearby buildings without ever stopping at my building. Trash is often piled around the dumpster, creating awful odors and attracting bugs. It’s unpleasant to come home to, especially when residents are required to pay for a service they can’t opt out of.
Don’t even get me started on the electrical issues. Since moving in back in October, I’ve submitted numerous maintenance requests because the breakers trip constantly. Sometimes it’s the kitchen, other times it’s the washer and dryer, and there have even been times when the refrigerator has lost power while I wasn’t home, causing me to throw away spoiled food. These ongoing electrical problems have been a major inconvenience and should have been addressed long ago.
I’ve also brought multiple issues involving my apartment to the leasing office, hoping management would help resolve them. Instead, I was told to “handle it like adults” and was even advised to go to the police over a situation involving my living arrangements. I also raised concerns about provisions that are addressed in the lease, but I was told there was “nothing” the property staff could do. When a living situation begins affecting both me and my child, I will absolutely do whatever is necessary to protect my child, just as any parent would. I expected management to take resident concerns more seriously instead of directing me elsewhere.
Overall, the lack of enforcement, poor maintenance of the property, parking issues, unreliable valet trash service, ongoing electrical problems, and the way my concerns have been handled have made living here a very disappointing experience. I expected much better for the amount of rent and fees residents are required to pay.
