First off the newer leasing lady Lisa is awesome, attentive, she called me back and communicated with me! Unfortunately this happened at the end of a stressful few weeks dealing with the rest of the staff! Karen was also very helpful when we walked the property I must say! But i tried to get more information and emailed the office so many times, all i got was auto generated message, or someone saying they will get with me soon. Then the Assistant manager offered me a unit (Haven) for a reduced price of 1375 on the first floor, only problem she never responded back to me after that offer? This was so messy, I felt so tired of dealing with the office, I wasn't getting any clear answers or information! Then another representative Kish told me about the increased prices, after I was offered a lower rent price from the assistant manager who stated it was approved by the manager! At the end I decided to come back to the property and of course Lisa was very helpful and kind! Hope they keep her she is awesome! Unfortunately I was not gonna pay the higher price, this was so messy to me! And although I think Lisa is one of the greatest assets they have now, i had an appt with Kish and she didn't seem to give a darn one way or another! I had a terrible experience with another Abbey property in Conroe. But they transferred me to the Abbey at Spring town Center and loved it! I will not live there, because if they take this long to respond to a simply inquiry, make false promises and then I have to be the one to initiate contact over and over, what kind of hell would they put a tenant through if there were maintenance issues? Thank you but no thanks. The stars are for Lisa and her respect and kindness, and being on top of communicating with me! A little too late though! If u want to have good tenants you got do better in yalls office!

The property is nice with real potential, but management, residents concerns, and communication need major fixes. Gates lock residents out, the dog wash station has drainage problems and hasn’t been maintained in years, garages leak, and issues sit unresolved for a long time. Offering a $500 referral bonus all over the property with signs while these basics are ignored feels off—take care of current residents first so they naturally want to recommend it. Breezeways and sidewalks also need more regular cleaning. Residents shouldn't have to contact regional management to have a clean walk way to buildings and have concerns addressed. The place has potential, but based on our experience we’re leaving next month. I hope management acts on this feedback and follows up better.

The Apartment itself is fine. But no one EVER answers the phone at the front office I always have to physically to go to the office If I have to get anything done and they’re making us use these electronic car tags that we stick on our windshield like ez tags for the gates WORSE THINGS EVER, most the time they don’t work, I have 2 cars and I’ve tested it out on both of them and it never reads. I’ve gotten locked out countless times and I’m always having to go behind someone else like a shady bum. The remote system was fine or maybe an App would be a better alternative but these tags are virtually USELESS and they need to be abolished.
