  Terrible property, terrible property management company. Trying to sneak hidden fees about renters insurance into my final statement when I have proof of consistent insurance. Thank God for a 9 month lease

  Someone fraudulently used my lost card to pay for an application and this company is refusing to do anything!! $425 is no small amount of money. The manager told me multiple times there is nothing she can do. I never completed an application with this company. I provided the date, time and card number for them to look into the charge but she just says we don't have anything on you. I am filing a police report, a complaint with CFPB and a dispute with my bank. This company does not do honest business.

  I honestly loved living here and had such a great experience. The leasing team was amazing from start to finish. Dusty, the leasing manager, and Gladis and Desirae in the leasing office were always so kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. Dusty especially went above and beyond when helping me with my lease and made the entire process so easy. They were always friendly and willing to help whenever I had a question. The apartments are beautiful, and any time I needed maintenance, they were quick to respond and always got the job done well. My favorite amenities were definitely the pool and the dog park. I have a larger dog, and the dog wash station was honestly one of my favorite features. It made cleaning him up after walks or park visits so much easier, and I used it all the time. The property was always clean and well cared for, and you could tell the staff took pride in keeping everything looking nice. I also loved all the little community events they put together, especially the food trucks. Overall, I really loved living here. The staff made such a difference, and they created a place that genuinely felt welcoming. I'm grateful for my time here and would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a new home.
