  Where do I begin... If I could give this complex 0 stars I would. 1. We complained multiple times about the neighbors upstairs. They stomped round and dropped heavy stuff at all hours of the day and night, Management and the courtesy officer did nothing about it. 2. Parking is ridiculous. There are only 8 visitor parking spots for ALL the residents to reserve. It is first come, first serve. So don't plan on having visitors stay. 3. I received a warning for having storage on the patio. To put this into perspective.. it was a dog cage that I just washed and I left it out to dry. Meanwhile other residents have boxed from floor to ceiling on their patio. 4. Someone got chased down, tased, and arrested outside my patio. The police ha their guns drawn also. Terrifying!! 5 It took them over 2 months to give me my deposit back, They are terrible at following though and answering emails. It was absolutely ridiculous. The list could go on and on. If I were you, I would steer clear of this place unless you want chaos and wasted money.

  The apartments here a great but once moving out they charged for things that we cleaned before moving out. We even moved out 3 weeks before our date and they charged for every little thing even carpet cleaning when we had one little carpet in the closet and there was no stains or nothing.
