  My wife and I are retired. For a variety of reasons we moved out of our house and into an apartment. We ended up selecting Whispering Pines, and we’ve never looked back. The front office, maintenance, and other support functions have been quite responsive. If you’re looking for something in the Woodlands, then Whispering Pines is well worth a look.   Such a great place to live in The Woodlands! I absolutely LOVE all of the events that are planned for the residents! The grounds are beautifully kept and it's so welcoming to be part of such a great community. The staff is amazing! Monica, Cathy and Miguel are always happy to say hello and ask me how things are. I definitely recommend making the move to Whispering Pines Ranch!

  We are close to starting our 6th year here at Whispering Pines Ranch. Initially we planned on staying a year or two, max. Living here has been seamless. From the aesthetic of the grounds, to the cleanliness of the same, to the same day attention from the Maintenance Department when called on. It’s just been so pleasant that we have chosen to stay each time Lease renewal comes. The conditions and our treatment has continued to make it hard to leave. Also, the location is perfect. Close to everything we possibly need but still a short distance away from the 45 corridor hustle and bustle.

  Mónica and Miguel are amazing! Super helpful and friendly. Monica works really hard at helping you find the perfect spot and she and Miguel always go above and beyond! Also it’s a great place to live!

  I love it here. The property is quiet and beautiful. The office team is so kind and friendly and any maintenance issues are resolved promptly. This place has such a warm and inviting atmosphere. Monica is a darling! Super sweet and kind. When I began touring apartments in The Woodlands, I knew that this was the one I wanted to live at!!!
