  Just moved in. So far, the complex is quiet, staff are friendly and I’ve been overall pleased with the actual complex. Fair warning to anyone moving in: DO NOT GO THROUGH THE ATT REP THAT COMPLEX TELLS YOU TO USE!!! This woman made a huge mess for me to clean up. I contacted her two wks prior to move in as she instructed, she takes more than a week to get back to me saying ATT cannot get a modem to me for a week and a half meaning I will be without the ability to work. She also said she couldn’t do anything about it and told me to call an 800 number to try to fix the issue - she makes commission while expecting customers to take whatever poor service she deems appropriate. I called ATT, got a modem, got the equipment repaired in my apartment and was up and running with Internet in less than 72 hours. I’ve spent the last three days cleaning up my accounts with ATT thanks to this rep. Save yourself time, just go directly through ATT.

  I’ve had a great experience with this apartment community. The maintenance team is especially great. They’re friendly, helpful, and always do a good job taking care of any issues. The property is well maintained, and you can tell the staff really cares about keeping everything running smoothly. Definitely appreciate all their hard work!

  Apartments as well as the pool are very well maintained. Whispering Pines surely does make the effort to truly place tenants' concerns and requests under consideration.

  I can’t say enough great things about Whispering Pine and their amazing team! Monica, Miguel, and the entire leasing staff have been absolutely wonderful to work with. They genuinely take the time to listen, understand what you’re looking for, and help you find the perfect apartment and environment that feels like home. Their customer service is outstanding, and you can truly tell that they care about the people they’re helping—not just making a sale. Monica and Miguel are both incredibly kind, patient, professional, and knowledgeable, and the entire team has made the experience so welcoming and stress-free. It’s refreshing to work with people who actually take the time to make sure you’re comfortable and happy with your decision. I’m so grateful for all their help and would definitely recommend Whispering Pine to anyone looking for a great apartment and a team that genuinely cares about their residents and future residents.   They have pets and spare pet station. This is not pet friendly as advertised. I take my pup to cattail park. They could care less about those with smoking allergies and in need of long transplants. Pot snorts and smokers this is you place. I’m not cleaning their mess up.
