  Current resident here. Moving in was made a breeze with the help of Joan and Brenda in the front office. I have had some issues here and there but they were there with kindness. Love the trees throughout the property and how animal friendly they are. Do have valid ESA information because that is strict (my letter from my professional of 11 years was throughly questioned HERSELF). The grounds are clean, the community is so friendly and welcoming, and love how big the balcony is. Love the natural lighting in the apartment as well (big plant girl). The pool is a great way for my son to burn off energy, a nice place to relax with the beautiful ambiance of the garden and sound of running water. It is clean, kids all play with each other, even when there are more people it is still quiet. The smart entry and thermostat come in so handy. These are most sound proof apartments I’ve been in. I never hear my neighbors! Great location and place for my family to call home!

  First and foremost, my partner and I have to thank Ms. Joan Sissemore!! She’s simply amazing, and we are more than grateful to have been assisted by her. She was informative, and working with her created a smooth process! She is a blessing, and extremely good at her career!

  Today we went to get some information about the apartments, and the woman in the office was very hostile; she questioned why we didn’t have driver’s licenses and insisted that, for that very reason, we couldn’t rent there—since we wouldn’t be able to park or register our cars on the premises. In fact, she even went so far as to yell at us, telling us that we shouldn’t even be driving cars at all—as if people don’t question your legal status or your license everywhere else! 😡😡😡😡😡

  We went to tour an apartment today, and the topic of service animals came up into conversation. I understand there being certain rules and stuff that need to be discussed with future residents, but Joan was absolutely rude and it was highly uncalled for. She made the environment very uncomfortable quickly and just kept going on and on about it. Her asking if we “still wanted a tour after that” came off as guilt trippy and very passive aggressive. We left without even viewing an apartment due to her unnecessary behavior. Get better front office staff, no one should have to deal with someone like that.

  After 2 years ​I am approaching the end of my lease, and I am writing this with genuine sadness. My time here has been incredible, primarily because the management and maintenance teams are exemplary! ​I want to give a massive, heartfelt thank you to the team, specifically Bree G. and Joan. I had the most interaction with them, and they are truly the heart of this office. No matter the situation, they made me feel heard, validated, and protected. They don’t just "handle" issues; they jump into action immediately. When I was feeling significant anxiety about my upcoming move and ending lease, they kindly sat me down and brought me a plate of Valentine’s snacks just to comfort me. That level of empathy and kindness is unheard of in apartment management. ​I also want to recognize: ​Brenda Grasha (Community Manager): Who leads this team with honesty, integrity, friendliness and a commitment to resident safety. ​Manuel Zelaya (Maintenance Manager): For being incredibly fast, friendly, communicative, and professional with every request—especially regarding parking or maintenance concerns. ​They ALL have built an actual community here where neighbors are neighborly and you know you can trust the people around you. My boys always had friendly children to play with, whether they were at the apartment playground or enjoying the clean, well-kept pool. Between the monthly gatherings, food trucks, and holiday events, it really feels like home. ​The only reason I am leaving—and my only complaint—is how high the rent has been raised. It breaks my heart to leave such a supportive and safe environment for my family. If it weren't for the price increase, I would stay here in a heartbeat. If you want to live somewhere where the staff truly has your back, this is the place.
