  They do nothing once you move in. I saw roaches. They said they would spray but didn’t if it got done when they came out. The let the yard maintenance go weeks. Any issues you have they’ll randomly choose what they want to respond to. If issues with tenants don’t expect a response at all.

  La administración y el proceso para arrendar un apartamento en the Abbey ha sido el mas sencillo y simple que he hecho en mucho tiempo. Leila y el resto de los empleados en la administración fueron muy atentos y colaboraron inmensamente para yo poder alquilar un apartamento en un tiempo limite, y poderme trasladar desde otro estado a tiempo. Ademas de que este sitio tiene unos apartamentos y vistas hermosas, su servicio de mantenimiento es muy eficiente....los invito a que vanga a vivir a este hermoso complejo!

  My move in experience was excellent!!! Pallas Hawkins made sure that my experience was top tier. She communicated with me and just made sure that I was happy during the process and after I moved in. I love my apartment, it’s quiet and the scenery is beautiful. Everyone has different experiences when living in apartments or in a neighborhood. I don’t have any complaints. So, don’t just look at the overall rating, come see for yourself. You won’t be disappointed. LJM

  This is literally the worst place to live. The elevators are broken all the time. Corridors are filthy, fees are insane.
