  The team assigned to our community in Katy closes cases without explanation or resolution. They do not check if the invoices they get belong to our community and they invalidate residents. I have tried reaching to upper management to no avail. It is a disgrace

  Worse management ever, Mr. Terrance from 7400 Bellerive Dr. Houston Texas 77036, never responded to owners' emails, questions or call, our complex is just abandoned, run from this Company, look for better management avoid the pain, learn from our mistake .

  It appears the Associa/PMG person in charge of our HOA's Account in Houston does not appear to know our HOA's CC&Rs and what is contained in them. Also, we have found the same applies with the Property Inspection and know one or more homeowners received Deed Restriction Violation Letters for something that is NOT in any of our CC&Rs 18 Use Restrictions in Article III of our CC&Rs and also found them using a restriction that was wrongly placed by a past HOA Board in our ACC Guidelines. ACC Guidelines are just that, a guide and are not enforceable.

  My HOA community is managed by Associa, and I've had the pleasure of working with the community manager Alicia Davis when trying to pay my hoa dues. Alicia is very responsive and professional when speaking with me. I can count on her to follow up with our community and she always makes sure we receive notices in a timely manner!!!!
