  Pedro the maintenance guy for BB Living did an excellent job fixing our garage door. He responded quickly, diagnosed the issue right away, and completed the repair efficiently.   I live in this community and have been very happy here. It is smaller than some of the neighboring complexes, but because it is newly built, everything feels very clean and well maintained. The pool, lawn, and trees are all taken care of beautifully, which makes the whole place very pleasant. In the beginning, there were some inconveniences due to frequent entry by non-residents, but this has been resolved since they switched to a residents-only mobile key system. Now it feels much safer and more private. However, there is one ongoing issue: there appears to be someone, most likely a non-resident, who walks their dog here and does not clean up after it. It is difficult to address, but I believe some enforcement or monitoring is needed to resolve this problem. The manager, Karen, is always very quick to respond and take action, and the rest of the staff are consistently friendly and energetic. Overall, it’s a great place to live and I’m very satisfied.

  Highly recommend BB Living! Exceptional management and a wonderful community! My family moved in two months ago, and we could not be happier with our decision. The maintenance team here is absolutely incredible. When the sink broke due to my own mistake, they fixed it right away. Even when a natural disaster caused our garage door to malfunction, they had it up and running the very next day. The maintenance gentlemen are always so friendly and helpful! The amenities are top-notch. The 24-hour community center is pristine, and the gym equipment is excellent—I also thoroughly enjoy the coffee machine there! Our two sons absolutely love the swimming pool. We live right in front of it, and I see the staff cleaning and maintaining it every single morning. The neighborhood feels incredibly safe, and the neighbors are so kind. The office staff is always welcoming, especially to our kids. We also appreciate their quick response to our recent pest control request. Plus, the community events they host, like Taco Day and Bagel Day, are such a fun bonus! Location-wise, it’s perfect. It’s so close to Walmart, pharmacies, and Little Elm Beach, which makes it incredibly convenient for family outings with the kids. BB Living is truly a wonderful place to live! ^^
