  This is an HUD Lihtc tax credit property. Former name was Costa Mariposa. Hoping it will be run better than previous owners. It is monitored by Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs Public housing authority TX901.

  I came for an appointment. Waiting over 1 hr. I was unable to see the unit. No one answered just a sign in the door that said “Out on property “ After over 1 hour I was able to get ahold of someone. Besides my better judgement I decided to come back to view the unit. The leasing agent was VERY rude. Did not give any type of greeting. I said good afternoon and she looked me up and down and said ID. Then she told me nothing about the unit she just walked ahead of me very fast. Opened the unit and when I was done walked back to the main office. I’m not even interested in renting this anymore. She extremely rude. Yall need new staff

  Advertised as gated community, but gates are always broken. Lived there 5 years. Had at least 54 different manager. The worst one was Brittney, the last one. Never in the office, never returned phone calls and lied when she didn't have a clue. Sent me a final moveout statement, which I paid. Then 2 months later sent me a revised statement saying I owed $300 more. Who does that. Then reports it to a collection agency. Charged me for carpet cleaning. I lived there 5 years, you think they would replace the carpet for new tenant. Charged me for deep cleaning the apartment. I left the apartment clean and with covid that should be done whenever someone moves out. Should be a cost of business. Final bill was over a hundred dollars, plus they kept my deposit. Then after I paid it, want to lie and say I owe 300 more 2 month later. Never fix anything. Had mold in the apartment and they just painted over it. It was coming back when I left. I was recovering from Lung Cancer and they didn't care.
