- TTT.C.Jun 9, 20265.0This place is great!! Tessa is a sweetheart. Yall be sure to stop here when you are looking to bug a new home. Lots of choices, great advice, helpful & patient service. Very customer friendly, very welcoming. I am currently going through the purchase process with them now. I chose Oakwood out of all the others because I enjoyed the atmosphere & the fact that they are NOT high pressure salesmen & women just seeking to make a dollar. Commissions are great for sales people & earned but I do like to work with people that don't make you feel like just another number in the que. I highly recommend this place. The manager is great too. Ask for Tessa & tell them T. C. of Rosston sent you 😉

She spent so much time going over all the different models and options. Due to our timeline we eventually decided to go with a site built home. She continued to be professional and respectful of our choice. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is in the market for a manufactured or modular home. She knows the business inside and out and is open and honest about all aspects of the business and home buying process. I encourage you to go with Tessa, you will not be disappointed.
