  This has been a breathtaking experience of finding my dream home with Kandle Brown; I am so Grateful that God placed her when I first walked into Clayton to speak to a home consultant she greeted me with a hello and amazing smile, and she was very professional. Kandle was placed to be the one to help me and my family finding our wonderful home she went above and beyond after listening to everything that was needed for me and my family to make sure that we would be comfortable in our home that we’re going to be spending the rest of our lives in. Also, when I got approved she reached out to me and asked if I could come by the office so we could start the next beginning process. Kandle was there to let me know what’s going on, what’s all needed for the next steps, and the final process before bringing out my home, and a walkthrough before receiving my keys. I’m just so grateful that God put me in my family in a home we’re forever Grateful for. I just want to appreciate you and all that you are doing for every family. Continue to be great; you are wonderfully made. 🙏🏿🙌🏿❤️ Also, my walkthrough experience with Brandon Betts was amazing. He went above and beyond as well. He greeted me with an amazing smile. He spoke, said hello, and asked how everything was going for me this evening he was very professional as well. He approached the last steps, welcoming you into your home for your final walkthrough. He let me know that if anything is needed, to reach out. We went from room to room and spoke of each and everything they did in each room, and how the process goes once the home starts settling. He asked if I had any questions and answered all the questions that I had. I want you to know that you did an amazing job of making the last steps before receiving my keys a joyful moment. Keep up the great work and all that you are doing. 🙌🏿🙏🏿💪🏿 Overall, Clayton has an amazing team, from the Home consultants to their walk-through team and maintenance.   We bought our home about 8 months ago yes the buying process was easy and stress free as it could be anyways but since we purchased the home our hot water heater has went out, the ac has went out, and our main bathroom has had to have the subfloor ripped up replaced new flooring new Sheetrock and the drain to the tub fixed because it was leaking since had owned the home when they came to fix it it was not fixed correctly at all it felt as if it was rent house quick fix as if they didn’t care left trash all under neath my house and through my house now it has been over three months waiting on my bathroom to get fixed when they did so call fix the tub drain and flooring and all they put Mitch matched wallpaper in my bathroom, flooring is so crooked it makes everything look crooked in the bathroom and the tub still wouldn’t even drain had to send another crew out her to fix the drain because it was still leaking after they fixed it now after they left yesterday from replacing the Sheetrock to match the bath tub surround isn’t even sealed to the wall nor the tub also when the ac went out the ac crew came out got underneath the house noticed an exposed crushed duct leading to my bedroom and came out completely soaked from moisture under the home from poor ventilation so her we are still waiting for everything to be done correctly I would NOT BUY FROM CLAYTON HOMES OF TEXARKANA TEXAS!!! BUYERS BEWARE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE QUALITY OF WORKMANSHIP AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

  Very thankful for Clayton! Had a few issues with the home, but they got me taken care of. Heather and Taylor listened to all my venting and worked with me to get it all fixed up! I would 💯 recommend them to anyone looking for a new home! Clayton cares about us new homeowners! ❤️❤️❤️

  TORI @ Clayton Homes at Texarkana is absolutely the best!!! My experience with her was amazing from the very first phone call!! She made exceptional efforts to help every way possible. As a matter of fact the entire team is awesome but I had more one on one with Tori!! You can not go wrong with Clayton Homes and their team!!
