Caroline and Carina were awesome during our time living here and were always helpful. However, my experience with the move-out process was very disappointing. We completed a pre-move-out inspection and were specifically told we would only be charged approximately $140 for carpet cleaning and $40 for a blind that my son had damaged. Based on that information, we felt comfortable moving forward and spent two full days cleaning the apartment after moving everything out. To my surprise, out of an $800 security deposit, I only received $28 back. I understand normal charges and taking responsibility for damages, but it feels unreasonable to expect an apartment to be returned in near-perfect condition after living in it. What was especially frustrating was being told one thing during the pre-inspection and then receiving a drastically different outcome afterward. We worked hard to leave the apartment clean and in good condition and feel the deductions were excessive and not clearly communicated. I encourage future residents to document everything thoroughly and request detailed written estimates before move-out.

Magnolia Grove management is poor. My boyfriends tools were stolen out of his work truck after 10:30pm about two week ago. The next day I called the leasing office and was told to send an email and management would give me a call about the next steps. I never heard back from management till this day. I went to the leasing office a few days after to pick up a package and ask about a follow up. I know the managers were onsite at the time and not once did they try to come out when I was speaking to the leasing agent about the situation. We've never had any issues regarding the apartment or even tenants until this happened, three weeks before we have to move out. I understand it's not managements fault that the items were stolen but it becomes a problem when no one reaches out regarding the situation to shine light on it. Not only that, but they can take extra precautions by adding cameras to the parking lot. I know we're not going to get the tools back but they could've at least helped in the process by checking gate cameras or following up in general instead of ignoring it. Management also doesn't enforce anything when it comes to picking up dog poop and the entire complex smelling like weed.

I have lived here for almost two years and for anyone who is moving in there a couple of things to know... Theu do not enforce pet owners to pick up aftr thier pets and do do not clean it. For months they did not pay for towing on the property, but did not reimburse anyone for incovenience of not having places to park They charge $25 dollars a month for "valet trash" but if there are multiple nights in a row that it is not picked up, they refusee you for those nights, buthave no hesitations to charge a $25 fee for it being on the ground because you wanted to take your trash can inside

Leasing office is so amazing and sweet. They answered any questions we had ! Update: After living there for a little over year, we were LIVID. They charge you fees for valet trash but also charge you fees for having the bag on the ground or putting it out “too early” meanwhile we work overnight and sleep throughout the day. They charge you every month for pest control but they only showed up if you asked for them to. We dealt with mold and when we told them about it, they said “we call it discoloration” and proceeded to paint over it , nothing else done about it. We dealt with ANTS COMING OUT OF EVERYTHING! THEY WERE LIVING IN THE WALLS , coming out of sockets , cracks under the countertop, gaps under the doors but they blamed us for the ants when our apartment stayed clean. I’m glad we moved out.
