  I’ve had a great experience at Magnolia Grove Apartments. The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and has a nice, welcoming atmosphere. The staff has always been friendly and helpful whenever I’ve needed anything. Overall, I’ve really enjoyed my experience here and would definitely recommend Magnolia Grove to anyone looking for a nice place to live.

  I absolutely LOVED touring with Sarina! She was incredibly informative throughout the entire tour and made sure I understood everything. This is my first time searching for an apartment on my own, and there was a lot I didn’t know about the renting process. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable asking questions. The property itself was beautiful, and the homes were gorgeous, but Sarina was truly the highlight of the experience. Her kindness, professionalism, and knowledge made such a positive impression—I couldn’t have asked for a better leasing consultant. There are so many leasing agents who don’t really focus on getting to know you during a tour, but Sarina made it a priority to understand exactly what I was looking for. She tailored the experience to my needs and never made me feel rushed. Not only did I feel welcomed, but I felt genuinely heard and understood. If you’re looking for an apartment, I highly recommend touring here and asking for Sarina. She made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel easy, enjoyable, and exciting! >< 🤍

  Really love living in these apartments very clean. The ladies from the leasing office are very friendly. The maintenance guys are really respectful and they’re always doing their job. Really have no bad comments or nothing bad to say about this apartment. I’m going on two years live here.

  Magnolia Grove management is poor. My boyfriends tools were stolen out of his work truck after 10:30pm about two week ago. The next day I called the leasing office and was told to send an email and management would give me a call about the next steps. I never heard back from management till this day. I went to the leasing office a few days after to pick up a package and ask about a follow up. I know the managers were onsite at the time and not once did they try to come out when I was speaking to the leasing agent about the situation. We've never had any issues regarding the apartment or even tenants until this happened, three weeks before we have to move out. I understand it's not managements fault that the items were stolen but it becomes a problem when no one reaches out regarding the situation to shine light on it. Not only that, but they can take extra precautions by adding cameras to the parking lot. I know we're not going to get the tools back but they could've at least helped in the process by checking gate cameras or following up in general instead of ignoring it. Management also doesn't enforce anything when it comes to picking up dog poop and the entire complex smelling like weed.

  Leasing office is so amazing and sweet. They answered any questions we had ! Update: After living there for a little over year, we were LIVID. They charge you fees for valet trash but also charge you fees for having the bag on the ground or putting it out “too early” meanwhile we work overnight and sleep throughout the day. They charge you every month for pest control but they only showed up if you asked for them to. We dealt with mold and when we told them about it, they said “we call it discoloration” and proceeded to paint over it , nothing else done about it. We dealt with ANTS COMING OUT OF EVERYTHING! THEY WERE LIVING IN THE WALLS , coming out of sockets , cracks under the countertop, gaps under the doors but they blamed us for the ants when our apartment stayed clean. I’m glad we moved out.
