- PPPennyAug 10, 20263.0Nice staff naturey area affordable housing with ample storage. Plagued by constant water problems. Had water turned off countless times for years with no warning for short periods of time. Longer turn offs would come with a 1 day warning. Got so bad they went and redid the entire pipe system for our building, but only after 3 years, and the water was back off less than 3 weeks later. Never knew how crazy something so simple as no running water at any time would drive me to feel. If neighbors act up you will be told to call the police on them yourself+ no messages get sent out reminding neighbors of rules. Maybe got them to care about one neighbor throwing dog feces in a bag by my window constantly. Incredibly loud maintenance every week where they scream at each other instead of turning off the lawn mower or moving closer. Very high cleaning fees in an itemized statement form so you might as well get a cleaning service when you move out.

We’ve lived here for almost a year and it’s honestly the best apartment we’ve lived in. Maintenance is quick to respond and great at what they do which is awesome. The pool area is always clean and taken care of which we love because we spend a lot of time there now that it’s open. We felt so welcomed just at the tour before we even got approved to live here. In all, Wildwood really is the best you can get in Temple.
