I had a wonderful experience working with Tameka, the Leasing Consultant. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. Great customer service can make all the difference, and Tameka truly exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for someone who is professional, patient, and genuinely cares about helping others, I highly recommend asking for Tameka at the Hilltop Apartment Homes

I had the pleasure of working with the leasing office, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The team was incredibly welcoming, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions with detailed, helpful information. They made the entire process easy to understand and provided excellent guidance every step of the way.
The management team truly stands out with their positive attitudes and outstanding customer service. The property itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and reflects the pride they take in their community. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the experience I received and would absolutely recommend this community to anyone looking for a place to call home!

This has to be by far the worst place ive ever stayed ive lived in better conditions in a field environment, from our work orders being pushed aside because we are “not priority” when my front door is practically hanging off the hinges from what appeared to be a potential break in attempt that was brought up to management on day one of my lease that a year later has yet to be fixed to the building next door catching on fire due to a faulty water heater, seems maintenance spends more time joy riding around on the golf carts then actually upkeeping the units. But god forbid you get caught not picking up after your dog when half the complex doesnt do it. Not to mention the community laundry room which always seems to eat quarters without registering the payment, and the washers and dryers spending more time “out of order “then working or simply being to disgusting to even use. On top of it the entire complex reaks of weed that seaps through the half way busted down door from neighboring units. We initially came here because they were “newly renovated “ which consisted of painting over literally every inch of the unit to include vents and dirt that was not cleaned from previous tenets The shower drain was painted over along with hair and dirt giving a whole other meaning to “the landlord special”. Awful place to call home for what you pay here you could easily get something way bigger. The only good thing about this place was the dog park if it gets cleaned. I mean it literally gives our own dogs the ick to even step on the grass. Out of the entire year lease i only saw mowed/cleaned maybe twice. Save yourself the headache and stay away youll thank me later

I do not recommend living here. The biggest issue isn’t just the condition of the property—it’s the lack of communication, responsiveness, and accountability from the office management.
I moved in on July 11 and was explicitly told at move-in that a mailbox key would be dropped off to me the following week. As of August 5, I still do not have a mailbox key. When I followed up with the office, I was told there were “other priorities,” and no one would provide a timeline for when I would receive it. I asked if I could simply see confirmation that a new key had been ordered so I could have peace of mind that the issue was being addressed. I was told it was “illegal” to share that information with me. Instead, the office manager told me I should continue stopping by the office to see if my key was ready or drive to the post office to retrieve my mail.
I was also told today the property only has one maintenance employee. He has always been courteous and appears to be doing everything he can, but one person simply cannot keep up with the workload. My maintenance concerns were documented and emailed to the office during my move-in inspection, including both bathroom sinks backing up and a hole in one of the sinks that requires me to use the water sparingly to avoid leaks. Despite documenting these issues, I never received a call, email, or any indication that they were being addressed.
In my experience, raising legitimate concerns has not resulted in solutions. Instead, I was threatened with a lease violation for complaining. That is not an appropriate way to handle residents who are simply asking for basic communication and timely maintenance.
The laundry facilities are another disappointment. Many of the machines don’t work, and several of the ones that do are so old and poorly maintained that they’re unpleasant to use.
I spent 20 years in the Army and have lived in housing all over the country. This is, by far, the worst-managed property I have personally lived in. The maintenance employee deserves more support, and residents deserve better communication, accountability, and follow-through from management. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this property.
