  I have not lived here for too long at this point but I can already tell it will be a place I will stay at for quite some time. The manager Penny has alot of patience and really worked well in helping me decide on an apartment with a good view since I work from home. The pool is well made and properly taken care of. I appreciate it being gated with a lock for safety reasons. Ed, one of the maintenance guys is very quick to tend to any problems along with the rest of his team. The landscaping is very well maintained. It is nice to see all the dog walkers who live around here. The gym is cardio equipment and the dog park is just the right size. Overall, I highly recommend this place as there are not alot of units and that is a good ratio for maintenance who are always on their toes. If you are able to secure a spot here you won't regret it!

  I’ve been living here for a year and the staff is great, maintenance is fast and effective! Pretty quiet apartment complex.

  I lived at Parks on the Green for a year and it was a great place to call home. The apartments are quite, and the staff is very helpful. The maintenance team work very fast to fix any problems, and the grounds is always well maintained. Great place if your looking for a place to stay in Temple.

  Absolutely terrible experience! Gates hardly work most of the time, All the apartments are infested with roaches before you even move in! The courtesy officer puts in false complaints and trys to force his way into peoples apartments without the right to do so. Yells and harasses his neighbors, yet he gets away with it all. Amanda the office lady has a huge temper. We had a leak in our ceiling and they wouldnt send anyone out to fix it and screamed and cussed me and my boyfriend out at 9am because we had to knock on one of the maintenance guys door to figure out how to get it to stop. Honestly about to have to break my lease to get out of here. Super cheap flooring, all 3 apartments we have lived in the flooring was messed up by the first day trying to move our fruniture in even while being careful. There is so much wrong with this place!
