  This is a great place to live and enjoy our retirement. The apartments are spacious and very affordable. I’ve made good friends here! I sincerely recommend Mariposa Apartments, located in the cleanest city in Texas... the city of Temple!

  I had a excellent visit at the Mariposa st Scott and White,I made application there for a 1 bedroom 1 bath unit,I was very relieved when I found out that they do accept the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher programs,I took the required paperwork to my appointment to see if I also qualify for the Affordable Housing program that is income based. Vicki is the management team member that was nice and professional ,and took the time to answer my questions look ovet the required paperwork, helped me with the application process,and placed me on the waiting list for a 1 bedtoom 1 bath unit, when one comes available they will reach out to me. The community is excellently maintained and they have more amenities and host community activities for the residents to do and be active. Mariposa at Scott White will be my future home. The Mariposa at Scott and White will be a better community to live at than the apartment community that I currently live at.

  Very disappointed in the office staff during our visit today. Lady seemed rude and as if she truly wasn’t interested in us renting there.
