  The staff Alexandria and Makayla are always attentive and positive. Units are clean as well as the property overall. I would recommend this apartment complex to everyone.

  I love these apartments Ali and the ladies in the office are very nice if I ever have any problems they’re quick to respond. The maintenance guys are fast and do great work.

  Love these beautiful new apartments! Staff is great. Maintenance by Darius has been excellent! prompt efficient, and he has been very professional, friendly and accommodating!! If you’re looking for a new place to live, this is where you wanna be!!!

  I had a great customer experience being shown around the property by the manager Alexandria she was very nice and very respectful and she gave great detail about the property and how the property is taken care of I would recommend moving here if you need a place i didn’t move here because I found a house but I 100% recommend

  If you are trying to find an apartment that is suitable for you and your partner, this is not the place!!! My partner and I applied here at the end of February and we were told we would be put on a waiting list, nothing we didn't expect since this is a new community and it being highly requested. We had not heard back from them until mid April. I was told they had a first floor unit available and my move in date would be April 30. My application for the apartment had the move in date at June 1st or May 31st. Starting off with actually reaching the apartment complex over the phone, they have a third party who answers all phone calls and transfers you based on what they believe is important or not important. I sent emails, left voicemails, I never received any communication back. I had to drive over 3 hours to speak with them in person because their communication skills are 0 to none. Whether it was 11am or 2pm the manager was always on lunch or conveniently stepped out every time I got a hold of them. I was met with excuses "They are busy." Busy serving who? I am a paying customer just as much as anyone else. The assistant manager said she would call me within an hour i never received a call back. I called the next day to follow up at 11am she was conveniently on lunch. I called 1 week later after having frustration with the lack of communication to withdraw my application, and without a care in the world they did not ask why, or try to keep a paying customer she hung up the phone immediately. This management has lack of communication, professionalism, and time management. I do not recommend wasting your time here! There are better communities out there.
