We were immediately impressed, and pleased with her expertise , attention to detail, and superb communication skills. Listing the property for sale was easy, she was readily available for any questions ,never left us wondering about a single step during the process of selling our property. She is extremely knowledgeable, has a great personality, and the most professional agent we have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Every part of the process was done with ease! We had many offers within days. Sold and closed within weeks for above asking price. Doesn’t get any better! 10/10 Highly Recommend.

  This was such a pleasant experience, not because the buyer was the easiest to deal with but because Mrs. Kathy handled everything. We stayed on the same page with clear communication during the entire process. I would highly recommend her services. She set up professional photography of the property and advertised over multiple, multiple sites. I can’t say enough good things and would definitely use her services again. Thank you!
