  It’s been a few months since we moved to Mihir Taylor Townhomes. While we experienced a few challenges in the beginning, everything changed for the better once Andrew came on board. He and Julio have been attentive to our concerns, communicated with us consistently, and have made a genuine effort to address and resolve any issues that have come up. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and excellent communication skills have made such a positive difference in our experience. We truly appreciate having a management team that listens, follows through, and cares about the residents.

  Terrible since experience since the first day I lived there 6 months the townhomes are basically incomplete like they were built in a rush everyday we would have mice in the house chewed up food in the cabinets, we had to lay traps all over the house and pretty much everyday there were mice dead. The service is also pretty bad I requested multiple times that the door knob was loose, the sink hose wasn’t retracting, one of the steps on the stairs came off due to the poor gluing work they did. Not only that even on the last day a week before I cleaned the whole house completely and I mean completely and took our trash and then months later I get called from collections claiming I owed this place around 800-1000$ on top of the 500$ deposit from “damages and trash” that apparently I did to the townhome, so supposedly they were suppose to give me a tour before I left the property to discuss any potential damages to the property and they did not even mention that also that apparently they had been trying to reach out to me for months and I never once recieved a call from them until collections did then I requested images from the damages and they told me they would send me pictures and not once did I ever receive a picture from them even till this day and I’ve been calling and calling and calling and they just won’t answer my phone to help me out with this situation or send me the pictures of the damages and trash that apparently I left . I’m saying this to help out so no one falls into this scam and avoid this place at all cost also being super expensive I was paying around 3000$-3500$ a month for a 4 bedroom
