  I often have to make multiple maintenance requests for one issue over the course of weeks, or even months, because the maintenance team tends to falsely mark requests as completed. They also recently updated their pet policy to require every little detail about your pets as if this were a vets office.

  Compared to my last apartment experience . This place was pleasant, nice welcoming and over all such a smooth wonderful experience. I love the fact they keep up with emailing so im never guessing or even worried about my application or anything. Im excited to make Aster my first home!

  Now I’m ready to share my experience a little manager with huge hart ;-) Her name is Valerie! Valerie was incredibly helpful during my apartment transfer after my unit was damaged. It was so stressful ( where, how, when), for me and I looked help all around She made the entire process smooth and stress-free by keeping me informed every step of the way even helped with all my insurance details and deals get my property staff get paid back She was always kind, professional, and genuinely caring. I truly appreciate the time and effort she put into helping me through such a difficult situation. Thank you, for your outstanding support! Valerie, wish u nothing but success everything u touch !   Very well established community who takes part in satisfying client needs. Staff is on point with taking care of situations when needed and comes up with solutions collectively. The management team is friendly and professional and is quick to respond whenever I have questions or assistance. Which I really appreciate! The environment is well maintained and keeps you feeling welcomed. Overall I enjoyed my experience living here!

  As a google verified review person here I will put out my experience here at the Aster of Sugar Land I moved in to 9109 1st day the apartment smelled nasty like mold , 6 a.c by the window next to the bedroom all that humidity going inside then in the kitchen mold ate the wall , all that humidity under the apartment. The a.c never worked like it should my electricity bill no lower than $200 a month at 76 degrees thermostat that a.c was shot . The service in the apartment was nasty you always had to beg for service. The excuse was we have priority first and minor maintenance needs to wait ! They washed my carpet but when I left they told me they had to replace the carpet because when I moved in they had put a new carpet ! The trash valet it’s a joke ! They have no parking inforcement no tow truck at all ! If you pay for parking they still want you to move your car who knows where doesn’t make any sense if you’re paying for parking ! In 1 year they changed management 4 times that tells allot ! There’s allot of raccoons all over the complex specially at the dumpsters ! There’s fleas and not to say roach infestation! $45 for car parking damn ! And the entry fence always breaks down !the last worse thing is that they rent to anyone now in days it wasn’t like that 1 year ago it was nice but the worse is that it smells like weed all day long
