  Apartment complex is more committed to housing roaches than tenants. The place is completely infested with roaches. No matter how much you clean or spray, they keep coming back because the problem is the property itself, not the residents. When I 1st moved in, I submitted two maintenance requests for a foul odor coming from the refrigerator every time the compressor turns on. The first time, the property agent somehow couldn’t smell anything. The second time, they said they had cleaned it. When I later pulled the refrigerator away from the wall to inspect it myself, I found a roach nest behind the compressor. It became obvious that the real problem had never been addressed. Maintenance is terrible. You submit a work order and either no one shows up, the issue is never resolved, or you end up waiting two weeks just for someone to come by. To make matters worse, the pool has been closed for the past two weeks right as summer started, the exact time residents actually want to use it. For the past several days, trash bags have been piling up at the entrances of the buildings because the valet trash service hasn’t been showing up. Management seems more focused on towing residents’ vehicles than maintaining the property and providing the clean, safe living conditions and amenities that residents pay for.

  I been living in this apartment for about three to four years. When I started in building seven. I didn’t not have any complaints. Now that I have moved to building nine it has been a nightmare. The outside of the building is very unkept! Spider webs surround the whole building. I have put in many maintenance requests and some how they always show complete but I never see a change. Out of 365 days in year the pool is never opened, it’s always something wrong. I use to be a happy tenant but now it has went downhill and I don’t know how much longer I could deal with this. When I moved in I filled out the move in document and only two of them had gotten fixed out of 5. Maintenance man damaged my wall while moving in refrigerator still hasn’t been fixed. Also, I put In a high priority maintenance request due to my key not being able to go into my door and that was over two weeks ago and still have not been resolved. It’s just a lot. I’m not a person to write a review but this is what it has come to.

  Tengo Una semana batallando con el aire acondicionado con una temperature de 82 grados con un bebe de 11 meses y solo dicen que ya van a ir y no van y en la application sube. Qué ya lo arreglaron cuando no es asi

  I have lived at Aster for 10 years. This used to be a well maintained and beautiful community. It’s all gone downhill now since Fogleman Properties took over after the pandemic. All of the original maintenance guys left due to management making a hostile working environment. Roach infestation, no hot water in the morning to take a shower, no maintenance people who are competent. It’s 6 am on a Saturday morning and we have a major leak on a valve in my AC unit, woke up to water on the floor. I read the other review regarding the leak not fixed and I am honestly worried. Because I also had a leak in my refrigerator that was never fixed. I live with a bowl inside the fridge that collects water. We used to have an emergency maintenance option where if u had a major leak, no ac in summer and no heat in winter you could reach a maintenance guy and they would come and fix emergencies, that option has been disabled by management. The maintenance people now are super incompetent. Do yourself a favor and rent someplace else. This is NOT a luxury complex that it once was.
