  Great Staff, But the Property Needs Better Maintenance The office and maintenance staff are friendly, professional, and always willing to help. That’s the main reason I’m giving this community 3 stars instead of a lower rating. Whenever I have needed assistance, the staff has been supportive and responsive. However, there are some ongoing issues that don’t match the image of a luxury apartment community. The biggest concern is the outdoor lighting. Many parking lot and building lights near Building 4 have been out for more than seven months, and they still haven’t been repaired. At night, large portions of the parking area are extremely dark, which affects both safety and the overall appearance of the property. What I don’t understand is that the management does a good job maintaining many other aspects of the community, yet the parking lot and building lighting continue to be neglected. Proper lighting is one of the most basic features residents expect, especially in a community that presents itself as a luxury property. Another disappointment is the new PDK access system. The app makes entering gates and doors more complicated than necessary. Every time I need access, I have to take out my phone, open the app, find the correct door, and wait for it to respond. The app lacks convenient features such as home screen widgets, lock screen shortcuts, or other quick-access options that would make daily use much easier. The staff deserves recognition for their excellent service, but management should focus more attention on outdoor lighting and resident convenience. Fixing the parking lot lights and improving the access experience would go a long way toward maintaining the luxury standard this community aims to provide.

  Love it here at Imperial Lofts. There are so many amenities in and around the complex. The location is so convenient to not only the Sugar Land area but going “in to town”, as well. I enjoy living here so much!

  Great amenities and lots of care for our community with new landscaping and updated gate access. Walking trails right out the door and a restaurant or Space Cowboys baseball game within walking distance make this a wonderful place to call home. Our commute got so much better moving here too!

  We moved in on March 2nd and never looked back. We have had an amazing time, have enjoyed the pool table. Eli in the office, is amazing! Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and very, very patient when dealing with all our questions. Everyone is very friendly. Definitely would recommend imperial Lofts to anyone!

  I had no issues with accepting an internet plan imposed by Imperial Lofts. However, the same internet company offers better deals and plan costs for the same amount of Internet. The management office cant do anything to adjust to match the pricing of the deal with Astound. We called a few times to enroll in this designated internet set up and even the company confirmed there is no official agreement with Imperial Lofts. Convo with Astound: Even they think it is ridiculous that we are missing out on the promotions on their website. Emphasis on shady deal that requires new tenants to emulate a package assigned to unit 3204. Management told us to relay to Astound: to set up our internet matching unit 3204. At the same time, the bulk internet package does not include installation costs. Astound rep and supervisor I spoke with are waiving the installation cost because of my complaints and many calls made to them to try to set up Internet. The flyer you get in the welcome package has erroneous info: you cant set up by calling unless you mention, copy the set up of unit 3204. Shady. Installation cost is not included. Activation fee $16.23 required. I already spoke with management on this. They believe they are giving an awesome deal even when Astound website advertises otherwise. I am missing out on a $200 credit as well. Just wanted future tenants to be aware, beyond the price, It's the principle. Hope management reconsiders adjusting pricing for all tenants in an effort to look out for the residents that chose them. I will update my review when I move out in a year. Or at least be more transparent, shady practices.
