  It is a joy to call Imperial Lofts in Sugar Land, Texas, home. The property management team is among the best, and residents are treated like family. The staff is friendly, personable, and highly responsive to residents’ needs. The amenities are amazing and thoughtfully designed, including a luxurious pool, a top-notch fitness center, and beautiful landscaping, just to name a few. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to call home.

  I just want to come in here and say how INCREDIBLE Rob is with imperial lofts maintenance department. He is so knowledgeable and explains everything he is doing very well, so people like myself understand what is being fixed and why. He is an extremely hard worker, and will not stop working until all of his clients are attended to. His work is amazing and I have not had an issue where something breaks again! We are so lucky to have Rob.

  had an excellent experience with our new maintenance technician, Rob. He was professional, friendly, and respectful from the moment he arrived. Rob quickly repaired my air conditioner and fixed the issue with my toilet, making sure everything was working perfectly before he left. He took the time to explain the repairs, answered my questions, and cleaned up after completing the work. It’s refreshing to have someone who takes pride in their work and provides outstanding customer service. Thank you, Rob, for a job well done!

  This is a great place to live. Is it perfect? Nope. No place ever will be. What this property does is excel at listening to residents. Taking feedback with grace instead of being defensive. There have been numerous upgrades in the past 18 months, including: updated landscaping, painting of building corridors, and modernized digital entrances. I wish the outdoor lighting would be addressed. I don’t feel unsafe, but there are a ton of lights out on the exterior of buildings & parking stalls. If you’re looking for a nice, quiet place to live with a responsive team that actually cares, this is your place. 8/6/2026 Update: I wish I could add an additional star. The property management reached out to me directly and confirmed that they have replaced some exterior lighting and the project isn’t over! The staff at this property just continues to get even better! Continually teaching master classes in rental property management!
