  Rob is amazing! He’s always really kind, professional, and helpful whenever we have any maintenance issues. He actually takes the time to fix things properly and is always respectful when coming into the apartment. He’s reliable, easy to talk to, and does a great job every time. We really appreciate having him in the building!

  Overall, we’re really happy with the building, staff, and management. The amenities are genuinely really great - the pool is kept clean, the gym has everything you could need, and the location can’t be beat. We had a little bit of a rocky move in, with our cat locating a gap in our cabinets that contained debris from construction (including broken glass), a faulty ceiling fan, and a malfunctioning washer that took several weeks to properly fix due to maintenance staff turnover, but once the new maintenance manager took over he personally saw to making sure all repairs were done in a timely manner. I’ve never had a bad interaction with the staff at every level here. My only real complaint is the lack of overflow parking on the right side of the property, so future renters be wary of limited parking near building 2! Otherwise, this place is perfect - Folks with a love for the outdoors will enjoy the imperial trails that run alongside the property, which the property maintains several private pedestrian access gates for, and folks with a love for beer will enjoy the short walk/bike ride to Talyard Brewing nearby.

  Rob was great! Came home and the A/C was out and within 10 minutes he had it fixed. Very impressed with how fast he got to my apartment and thankful too.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Rob did an amazing job coming to my apartment to help us with our refrigerator. I really appreciate his positive energy, friendliness, and attention to detail. He even left us a thoughtful note apologizing for not being able to come sooner because they had been receiving a lot of maintenance requests from other residents. He told us he would order a new fan and come back to fix it once the part arrived, and he kept his promise. As soon as he received the part, he came back and took care of everything for us. Rob is very friendly, careful, and takes pride in what he does. You can really tell that he cares about his work and the residents he helps. Thank you, Rob, for your great service and for following through! We truly appreciate you. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  We love the location and appreciate the very helpful Eli, who has been nothing but wonderful since starting at the property. We have had several issues that have gone largely ignored since we first moved in roughly two years ago. First issue that was unfortunately, never resolved: We had a light replaced above our bath tub. Upon returning home, wife was stepping into a bath and cut up her foot on the glass that was left behind --maintenance had broken the light bulb over the bath tub and did not bother to clean it up, nor alert us. Since this could have been a much more dangerous situation, we reported this to management at once. At first, Ramiro was very attentive and said he would be compensating us for this damage and asked for documentation. We emailed the pictures at once. This went ignored for some time. When we finally spoke with Ramiro in person, he mentioned there was nothing he could do for us, but wouldn't let that particular maintenance gentleman into our unit any longer (this decision was eventually reversed, as the same maintenance gentleman visited our unit multiple times after the incident). The most recent issue we have been dealing with are the neighbors on the top floor dumping food onto the patios below. We have emailed the property manager and the assistant with no responses. Every time I call the property, I cannot reach anyone. I am requesting a regional's contact information or another higher-up as we now have ants in our unit, thanks to all the rotten food left on our patio --we clean this up, but there are different food items that are left nearly every day for the past several weeks, including water being dumped over our balcony while we were out on our patio. Again, we appreciate Eli so much and the property as a whole, but very disappointed in the virtually non-existent management. We would appreciate a phone call or a response to our emails so we know this matter is being taken seriously.
