  I have been working with Kimberly Morgan at Del Webb Sugar Land while trying to find the right home that fits both my needs and my budget, and I can honestly say that she has been exceptional throughout the process. I have changed and reshuffled my floor plan and upgrades several times because I am trying to stay within my budget. Despite that, Kimberly has been incredibly patient and responsive. At one point, I sent her more than 15 questions in a single email about different upgrades, flooring, countertops, cabinets, bathrooms, fencing, and other details. She answered every question professionally and took the time to explain things clearly. I even jokingly call some of my questions “stupid questions,” but Kimberly has never made me feel that way. She has always treated my questions seriously and has given me honest advice, including telling me when she thinks an upgrade may not be worth the additional cost. I have not purchased the home yet, so this review is not based on a completed transaction. It is based entirely on my experience with Kimberly during the process of researching and trying to make the numbers work. And even before closing a deal, I feel she deserves recognition for the way she has treated me. I am particularly interested in Del Webb Sugar Land because of its location. My community center will be opening in New Territory, which is only about 7 minutes from Del Webb Sugar Land, making the location especially convenient for me. Whether I ultimately purchase the Contour, the Alpine, or another home, I will definitely recommend Kimberly through word-of-mouth to anyone considering Del Webb Sugar Land. Thank you, Kimberly, for your patience, professionalism, honesty, and willingness to answer all of my many questions. You have made the home-buying process much easier and less stressful for me.
