  Moved into Waterstone Place on September 1st and couldn't be happier with the experience! A big thanks to Jerrie, who showed me around the apartment and provided a warm, helpful introduction to the community from day one. When a few initial appliance and AC issues popped up after move-in, the team took them seriously and resolved every single maintenance request within 24 hours. A special shoutout to Aaliyah, the new property manager, who jumped right in during her very first week to ensure everything was handled quickly and seamlessly. The level of care and speedy service here has been exceptional—highly recommend!

  Office was clean, all staff was professional and polite. They offered water and coffee. They sat with my family until they were done with every last application. Jeree did her big one. Thank you!!
