  The maintenance supervisor Juan came to fix my ac today and he was extremely helpful, kind and experienced. I’ve lived here for over a year and he has been the first one to genuinely help and fix the problem! Thank you!

  I had a confirmed appointment today at 2:00 PM for a tour at Waterstone Place Apartments. I received the confirmation email and, despite reading some negative reviews about the office staff, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. I left work early and rearranged other commitments to make it on time. The community looks nice from the outside, and I had a positive expectation. When I walked into the office, I informed the lady there (approximately 30–35 years old, wearing glasses) that I had an appointment to tour the apartments. In a dismissive tone, she said there were no appointments scheduled for today and that the next availability would be next week. I showed her the confirmation email, and she bluntly stated that there was no one available to give the tour. The experience reflected poor organization and a lack of professionalism toward prospective residents. Regardless of the situation, the attitude was unnecessary and disappointing. I’ll take it as a sign to continue looking elsewhere. Tenía una cita confirmada hoy a las 2:00 PM para un tour en Waterstone Place Apartments. Recibí el correo de confirmación y, a pesar de haber leído algunos comentarios negativos sobre el trato en la oficina, decidí darles el beneficio de la duda. Salí del trabajo antes de tiempo y dejé otros compromisos para llegar puntual. La comunidad luce bien desde afuera y tenía una buena expectativa. Al entrar a la oficina le comenté a la señora que se encontraba allí (aproximadamente de 30–35 años, con lentes) que tenía una cita para ver los departamentos. En un tono poco amable me respondió que no había citas programadas para hoy y que la siguiente disponibilidad era hasta la próxima semana. Le mostré el correo de confirmación y de manera tajante dijo que no había nadie disponible para hacer el tour. La experiencia refleja falta de organización y poco profesionalismo hacia posibles residentes. Independientemente de la situación, la actitud fue innecesaria y decepcionante. Lo tomo como una señal para buscar otras opciones.

  The pictures are not at all what the apartments actually look like. The condition and quality was a total disappointment. Newly leased apartment with a dirty refrigerator and roaches!! Absolutely disgusting! They deserve 0 stars
