  Mr. Christian Monday gave my family and I a tour of the community. He was very friendly and informative. This will be my first time signing a lease and he took the time to answer all of my questions and even covered things I didn’t know to ask. The property looks well kept and the unit was nice. The 3 bedroom I viewed was spacious but still intimate. I left feeling excited and ready to apply!

  My family and I recently toured Madison on the Meadow with Christian Monday, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. We scheduled our tour only 30 minutes before closing, yet Mr. Monday never once made us feel rushed or like an inconvenience. He was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly throughout the entire tour. He walked the property with us, showed us the exact size unit we are interested in renting, and took the time to explain every detail as if we had already been approved and were preparing to move in. Our tour even extended about 20 minutes past closing time, and he still remained patient, welcoming, and attentive. His customer service truly stood out and made a lasting impression on us. If you are considering Madison on the Meadow, I highly recommend asking for Christian Monday. He made the experience enjoyable. We left feeling well informed and comfortable with submitting our application.

  This place is pretty nice as far as the following: The shower stays hot The AC works well Usually no power outages so far Maintenance team works magic Affordable apartment. The leasing people are chill 50/50. Before we moved in we were at odds with the communication skills. Otherwise, it’s better to put in any orders through the web. They will not always answer they get so many calls it’s quite literally impossible to get an answer 100% of the time Now for where it gets bad: Roaches everywhere upon moving in (in every corner of every part of the apartment) SCARY SCARY SCARY and I got the photos to prove it. We had to use our money upon move in to buy our own bug bombs cause that’s what really ended up killing them. Whatever they were using was not working. First impressions are everything and my first impression was: these people got roaches. OH WAIT, I just signed a yearly lease, I NOW HAVE ROACHES. We killed most of them but they occasionally pop up from the drains. It don’t matter how clean you are if the neighbors are dirty. Constant repairs (there is always something wrong with the apartment from leaks, pests, broken appliances, etc). Parking absolutely horrible past 9. You will not find a spot to park in as a RESIDENT. INTERNET IS TRASH. I REPEAT, INTERNET IS TRASHHHHH.

  Property well maintained, toured yesterday with Christian and he did not disappoint. Very thorough and knowledgeable about everything. 10 out 10 I am submitting my application now

  Sarah and Christian are an awesome staff. They're both helpful and understanding of my interests! I highly recommend this apartment complex and wish there were more people like them in the world!
