  I went there intending to move in, but when I arrived at the office, the woman working there spoke to me from behind the door, and her attitude was terrible. Now, even if they offered me an apartment for free, I wouldn't take it.

  It’s so funny how the good reviews are about the tour 🤣 they got me with the amazing tour and fake staged apartment they show you during the tour…I’ll tell you this the tour is about the best thing you get when leasing with this place. ROACHES ARE EVERYWHERE, PEST CONTROL DOES NOT WORK. DONT INVITE VISITORS BC THEY WILL NOT HAVE PARKING. VALET TRASH IS A GAMBLE. APPLIANCES ARE RUSTED INSIDE, HAVE A FOUL ODOR AND ARE ALWAYS BREAKING DOWN— MAINTENANCE REPLACED MY BROKEN DRYER AFTER WAITING ALMOST 3 WEEKS WITH A DRYER THAT DOES NOT CUT ON. THE RENT IS NOT WORTH THE LIVING EXPERIENCE. DO NOT BELIEVE THE REMODEL HYPE, NONE OF THESE UNITS ARE REMODELED, SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! THE BATHTUB IS PAINTED OVER AND WILL START PEELING ABOUT 3 MONTHS INTO YOUR LEASE. MOVE AT YOUR OWN RISK. OH AND DONT PISS THE PROPERTY MANAGER OFF BY LETTING HER KNOW YOUR APARTMENT HAS ISSUES BC SHE WILL RETALIATE AGAINST YOU FOR MAKING A COMPLAINT BY SENDING YOU A LEASE VIOLATION 🙃 GOOD LUCK 👍🏾

  Park Manor is a good facility to bring your family.The Therapy Unit is Excellent and they have excellent staff in every Department.

  I am at my wits end with this apartment complex and piss poor management. You can hardly get anyone unless you’re a new tenant but once you’re one then front desk is obsolete. By happens stance you get someone, it’s the sassy guy, Christian who is not Christian like. He overtalks you, give excuses, and rushes you off the phone without resolution. The management has gone down since January. It takes about a week before anything is acknowledged, tickets are closed out without being completed and this damn trash is ridiculous. Why are tenants paying for valet trash when it’s not picked up or if it is then it’s slung all over the grounds. This place looks disgusting when it comes to overflowing trash.

  We were excited to tour this apartment, but the experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. We originally booked a tour for Sunday, but when we arrived, the key was not in the lockbox as instructed, so we were unable to tour at all. We rescheduled for Thursday, August 13th, and I even called ahead to explain what happened. Christian assured me the key would be available this time. On August 13th, I called twice to confirm our tour and received no call back whatsoever. After already wasting our time once, the lack of communication was unacceptable. If after-hours/self-guided tours are offered, there needs to be a reliable system in place to make sure scheduled tours can actually happen. This experience was incredibly unorganized and a huge waste of our time.
