You pay monthly a pest control fee and you have to request monthly to have service it should be monthly since it’s paid for. The trash pick up service is a joke. The gate never works with the provided remote and now I was just informed there is a time frame to get a carpet shampoo after you renew your lease. It’s just to many nuances for the rent to be so high and amenities so poor. Smh

A special thank you to Christian for his outstanding customer service. He was very helpful, patient, and truly cared about making sure all my questions and concerns were addressed. If you are looking for someone who will take great care of you throughout the leasing process, I highly recommend asking for Christian. He goes above and beyond to make residents feel valued and welcome. Thank you, Christian, for all your help!

I have had the worst experience with management and resolving issues in a respectable manner. I've been taken advantage of financially and traumatize throughout my time living here. Move in at your own risk.

We scheduled our tour only 30 minutes before closing, yet Mr. Monday never once made us feel rushed or like an inconvenience. He was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly throughout the entire tour. He walked the property with us, showed us the exact size unit we are interested in renting, and took the time to explain every detail as if we had already been approved and were preparing to move in. Our tour even extended about 20 minutes past closing time, and he still remained patient, welcoming, and attentive. His customer service truly stood out and made a lasting impression on us. If you are considering Madison on the Meadow, I highly recommend asking for Christian Monday. He made the experience enjoyable. We left feeling well informed and comfortable with submitting our application.
