Amanda Stanford was great - very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, does what she says she’s gonna do. Hard to find this kind of customer service these days.

Amanda was a joy to work with. She put the extra effort in and helped myself and my partner with our first house, and helped us feel confident with the purchase. We love the house! Highly recommend her and the Magnolia team.

Highly recommend!! Amanda goes above and beyond throughout both the buying and selling process. Her eye for design and staging helped showcase my house beautifully. Her support didn't stop at closing either, when I had to go out of town, she stepped in and helped arrange to meet contractors. Professional, responsive, and invested in her clients!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Amanda! The time, energy and care she pours into helping clients buy, sell or rent a home is unmatched. She treats your goals like her own- your burden becomes her burden, your problem becomes her problem…she’s in it with you but actively working towards a solution! Amanda is warm, approachable, and knowledgeable. She makes what can be a stressful process more manageable and more fun! If you’re looking for a dedicated realtor (who may even become a new bestie), give her a call!

Working with Amanda was a great experience from start to finish. She was extremely helpful making suggestions, and she was able to suggest contractors to complete tasks that needed to be completed before listing. Since we were dealing with an inherited property and unfamiliar with the area, this was a huge bonus for us. San Antonio is a different real estate market than where we are in Colorado and we were able to rely on her knowledge to appropriately price the property. She informed us that average time on the market was around six months in the area of the house we sold, but because of her suggestions, and her appropriately priced listing, we were under contract in a matter of days. It has been an absolute pleasure working with her these past few months and would not hesitate to recommend her for any of your real estate needs. Thanks again, Amanda!
