  ⭐️ 1 Star I would not recommend doing business with PMI Premier based on my experience. I was approved for a townhome on July 19 and I received the lease documents to review, discussed an 18-month lease, and was specifically told it was ok to wait for my 08/04 appointment regarding my ESA documentation. I have the emails and text messages documenting these conversations. Then, on 08/05, I was told the owner had given the property to another applicant because they could move in sooner. I was never informed that an earlier move-in date could affect whether I would receive the property, and I could not find anything on their published rental policy stating this either. By that point, I had already made arrangements for my move, including scheduling movers, and was suddenly left with 2 weeks to find another home. I repeatedly tried contacting the property manager, Dustin Tabbert, and my calls were not returned. I also did not receive an apology or any meaningful acknowledgment of the situation. What is most disappointing is the lack of communication. Had I been properly informed that I could lose the property to another applicant due to a sooner move in date, I would have continued looking elsewhere instead of relying on the information I was given. This entire situation has caused me a significant amount of unnecessary stress. Based on my experience, I would not recommend PMI Premier to anyone looking for a rental. I would encourage prospective renters to make sure everything is clearly communicated and documented before relying on anything they are told. I am also looking into my legal options regarding how this situation was handled.
