  My husband and I called Mark Spain to help sell our home because we have been hearing their radio ads for a while claiming that we'd just need call for a GUARANTEED CASH OFFER TODAY! The concierge I spoke with simply advised that we needed an appointment, in which we made and she gave us the name of the listing agent who would come to our home. The concierge did not set any expectations, but we have bought and sold many homes, so we assumed (that's where we went wrong) that this would be similar. The lising agent arrived on time. She had a folder of documents to sign, one of which detailed her 3.5% commission, but told us the document wasn't anything official, it was just a "permission slip" for her to be able to submit to investors for cash offers. She did not and could not provide us a GUARANTEED CASH OFFER TODAY! We had questions that I feel she couldn't answer to our satisfaction. I felt there was a disconnect in regard to costs and she kept saying we would cover costs later. She was deadset on getting documents signed. She took many pictures and videos of our house. After 2-1/2 hours I was 2 hours past being ready for her to leave, as we both work from home and didn't know she would be here that long, I was trying to be polite. She sent us more documents later that day to e-sign. I became even more uncomfortable with the process. We were advised we would have to wait 5 days before any cash offers would start being presented (she called this D-Day...aka decision day). She not only gave us deadlines for documents to be signed (seller's disclosures, contracts, survey, etc) but a deadline to schedule a photographer in the event the cash offers didn't work out and would go to market. We called Mark Spain for cash offer, not to go to market. Realtors are a dime a dozen and can certainly INITIALLY offer their commission of less than 3.5%...Just insulting. She asked me to trust the process... instead I trusted my gut and discontinued the process

  Within 7 days of meeting with Ricardo we had several offers on our home. We felt we got a fair price considering the renovations and repairs it needed. In 6 more weeks we closed. Best part was all we had to do was pack and move. The process was easy. Everything was done online. Ricardo was just a phone call or text away. We would certainly recommend Mark Spain Realty / Ricardo to anyone wanting to sell but not wanting to spend their savings on repairs and renos and wait for who knows how long to find a buyer.

  Tobias Tavera was one of the most knowledgeable and professional realtor agent. He went over and beyond the call of duty to assist me through the process of selling my home. Due to extenuating circumstances this was a complicated process, however, Tobias demonstrated patience and offered great insight. He was very understanding and easy to work with and he exceeded my expectations. I would recommend the Mark Spain real estate company specifically Tobias to my friends and associates!!

  I’m honestly not sure how much easier the process could have been. Yes there are a multitude of documents that need to be addressed but Mark Spain and team walked me through the entire process and took the stress and frustration off my shoulders. My Realtor, Pralay was simply phenomenal. His dedication to his clients and his unwavering professionalism and commitment was elite. He was always there to respond and respond promptly with any questions or concerns I had. I understand that there is a team that works with Pralay and they are greatness in their own right but Pralay took this personally and delivered far and above and got thousands more for my home than I anticipated. The Mark Spain team is lucky to have him. So a HUGE thank you to all the members of MS and especially to Pralay. Thank you Pralay and the MS team
