  I saw the TV ads stating cash offer for you home. The ad is NOT true. Thier goal is to get you to sign a realtor agreement, not get you a cash offer. If you want a realtor, fine, but dont expect to get a cash offer started without an hour plus long sales pitch. I felt like I was trying to buy a new car at a dealership. Horrible experience! I DO NOT recommend for cash offer for you home.

  Terrible experience. Low balled us and informed us that their investors were "nervous" about our mother in law's quarters. We elected no and the agent was just "'kay bye". If this is way of it, there should have been a warning. We weren't the first ones with an additional house on our property.
