  The management doesn't care about residents at all. They are rude in the office and also don't know anything about HUD. I mean charge someone over 400 dollars and they make only 235 a week that's not right. Numerous complaints about management and nothing gets done . Unacceptable.

  The worst experience I have ever had since Isaiah, crystal and brittney have left!!! Melody is the worst manager ever! She does not care about the tenants and instead she has came in and is pushing eviction on so many for uncalled reasons! She will lie and say you're lease is blank , she will then deny you when you try to renew it , she will hold misdemeanors against youre family members. She is nothing but trashy and unprofessional. You will have to contact the city about sewage problems not getting fixed! I could go on and on! Do not rent from this woman!!! Best thing Brazos can do is get rid of her!

  Don't stay here. The new managers are very rude and the A/C unit leaks if you run the cold air and it builds up black mold. There is currently black mold in my unit and I have been sick for days on end and I haven't known the reason why. Now I do. 0/10 would not stay again.

  The absolute worst apartments ever . They treat the elderly tenants here like garbage. The management is always changing and always trashy , they are extremely unprofessional. My 76 year old grandmother lives here and has for 30 years never missed rent never made a late payment . She was moved into a unit that previously had bed bugs (the neighbors confirmed that the old tenant told them he had bed bugs) my grandma whom has never had this issue moves in and magically has bed bugs. She tells the office and they give her a check list to complete before they can call the exterminator. Again she’s 76 so this takes a couple weeks. In the mean time she is miserable. She completes the list and they then tell her it’s no longer their responsibility to hire or pay for the exterminator and that she must pay for it . Her rent takes up her whole check and she can not afford to pay for this at all and she should not have to . Do NOT let your loved ones live here . They also charge the older people when they come fix things and pocket the money from it themselves (not maintenance, it’s the managers doing so) I would give this place a negative five stars .
