The manager is amazing 🤩, she is very knowledgeable and her customer service was outstanding. The property itself is beautiful, nice area and a great school district for families with children.
LaDonna is amazing manager and the staff is awesome
I have now been here for an entire month, so I am rewriting my review to share what my experience has been like.
When I got the keys to the apartment the first thing I did was walk the apartment for damage. The main things to take note of would have been a closet door that doesn't close, how dirty the apartment was, a dead cockroach in the laundry area, and a live cockroach above the microwave. After seeing these two cockroaches I put a few sticky traps in the cabinets and by the end of the night I caught over a dozen.
In the last month I have taken nearly 70 photos of roaches and over half a dozen videos. There are large gaps under every kitchen cabinet at the floor level, and gaps under the counter top on the peninsula. The gaps on the peninsula have roach feces covering them, and you can also see roach droppings on one of the receptacle covers. I have had roaches crawl out of the microwave on two separate occasions, so I can't really use it. I have seen cockroaches in every single room of the apartment, and shortly prior to writing this I watched one crawl out of the housing of the dishwasher. The gaps and pest issues are severe enough that I have even caught a lizard on one of the sticky traps placed under the fridge.
And to be fair towards management, they did seal a small crack in one of the cabinets and have an exterminator spray a few times. But these treatments have completely failed to resolve the problem.
When I spoke with management about terminating my lease due to this issue I was told that I would have to pay a $777.75 reletting charge and a $1,830 fee for terminating the lease without 60 days prior notice. Apparently I was supposed to know 2 months prior to moving in that there would be hundreds of cockroaches... not to mention, it's absurd that I would have to pay $2.6k to leave an apartment I shouldn't have been placed in.
This is the worst place I have lived as an adult, and I lived in half a dozen states while in the military. If you come here for a tour you need to demand that you get to walk your specific unit. They didn't allow me to, which is why I'm in this situation. It's not enough to just walk a clean model unit. Don't walk into here expecting trust and make sure you treat this for what it is, a contractual obligation where one party is incentivized to deceive you.
When you consider moving here you need to make sure that you tour your specific unit, and that you inspect it thoroughly. I was shown a different unit with the same floor plan and didn't actually see my unit until after I signed for it... which ended up having cockroaches everywhere.
During the tour I repeatedly stated that I cannot deal with cockroaches, due to having dealt with them a few years ago. I've now been here for over 2 weeks and the roaches are still a problem, and one of my cats puked in 4 different places within the last 24 hours. So one of them probably got into the poison.
When speaking with management about the issue originally I was told that to terminate my lease I would have to pay an early termination fee, and pay for not giving them 60 days notice. This comes out to $2.6k in my lease.
I would not recommend that anyone comes here, at least not based off of my experience.
Update: My review will remain the same. A cat puking is part of the treatment, and maintenance came in to fill one crack in a cabinet, which is great... except for the fact that every cabinet has a massive gap in the bottom, and the peninsula has large holes under the countertop.
I woke up this morning a little after 10am and saw 4 roaches by 11am, and this was considered to be an improvement. Living in the barracks was significantly better than living here.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Aime while searching for a new home, and even though I ultimately wasn’t able to move in due to a change in my family situation and relocation, I still wanted to share my experience. This apartment community truly stands out.
From the moment I walked into the office, Aime (my namesake!) greeted me with a warm smile and a genuinely friendly demeanor. She immediately made me feel welcomed. She took her time listening to my needs, answering every question with patience.
While touring the community, I noticed how well‑kept everything was, the green spaces were clean, neat, and clearly cared for. Even the swimming pool area, though a bit on the smaller side, was spotless and the residents I saw seemed to follow the rules and respect the space. It gave me a great impression of the community culture.
When my situation changed and I could no longer move forward, Aime was incredibly understanding and even arranged for my application fees to be refunded, something she didn’t have to do, but chose to because she truly cares about people.
Even though I didn’t end up moving in, I can confidently say this is an amazing apartment community with exceptional staff. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll be treated with kindness, respect, and genuine care, this is it.
For transparency and fairness of this review, I also wanted to share that there was a downside to the whole experience, which personally didn’t bother me. I had applied for a townhome facing the East side, a location I really loved because no other building faces it, and it had upgraded features. In the end, they notified me it was not available and that due to a “glitch” in their system, it had shown as available at the time I applied (the same day I toured the community). Aime reached out to let me know they would have another townhome similar to the one I applied for, but it would be available at a later time, which in my particular situation still would’ve worked out (I understand that may not be the case for everyone).
My only suggestion to this apartment community would be to upgrade your system daily and make it a habit to TRIPLE check which units are actually available before offering them to future tenants. That is the only downside of the entire experience, and it’s something that would not stop me from moving to this amazing community.
