- BCBrooke CastilloMay 13, 20261.0Honestly, stay far AWAY from this place. Management refuses to enforce their own lease rules. They’ve let a roommate’s boyfriend illegally squat in our apartment full-time for a year, which completely blew up our utility bills. On top of that, it’s a super hostile environment. They leave old food out for days until ants crawl everywhere, and they’ve actively thrown away and ruined my sister's personal property. When we brought our concerns and names to the manager Amanda, she just gave us cold, copy-pasted corporate excuses. Instead of dealing with the safety issue and the squatter, she told a young student to just “work it out with leasing manager” or “find a replacement tenant and pay a fee on top of that.” They do not care about student safety or cleanliness at all, they just want your money. Previous issue with another unscrupulous tenant was handled the same way. Not to mention they grouped my sister and her roommate with a very very strange 30 year old when they are much younger in the previous unit. That other tenant smoked weed and brought 40 year old men into the apartment unannounced. Parents and students, look elsewhere. Protect your college kids from this.
