I would give Tapestry Centerpoint: Minus 100 stars if I could. The management team is very RUDE and also has "No bedside manners." as the saying goes. Also at the beginning they were very nice and the longer they drag their feet the worse it gets. it started off with Lou in office as management, then Chris and now the 3rd person and each time it gets worse. The application at the beginning was good with Priscila, but after that it just kept getting worse. the letter we got said MOVE-IN DATE JUNE 1,2026 AFTER 2 PM. THEN WENT TO JULY 1, NOW SOMETIME IN AUGUST. also we were quoted one price in a 2bd/2ba in a Handicap unit on the ground floor, then it went to a 3bd/2ba on the ground floor handicap unit but how does it go for paying a month and 1/2 rent plus deposit . where are they pocketing the extra money?? when we toured the apartment complex yes it was nice but the longer the management team drags their FEET the worse it gets. and when they show an apartment in building 5 and the manager goes to building 3 and they can't keep up with anything. i had a friend check out the apartment and they told her for a 2bd/2ba would not be ready until November. they would not let any one move into the SHOW apartments. Why don't they have a golf cart to show the apartment that big or bigger? Because this is their goof up we are not moving into the apartments. I have told a friend of mine it they know anyone with a "DEATH WISH" to move in other wise stay out .
if i could give negative stars i would. i originally sent in an application because it said on their website that there were multiple one bedrooms available for 995 a month. after spending $25 on their application fee i go in after a few days of not hearing anything and they tell me there is no available units. both of the lady’s at the front go on their computers telling me on their website it doesn’t show any available so i get on my phone and show them exactly where it says they are available. they end up realizing their in the wrong and look up the units and tell me they actually are some available but they raised their prices to 1299. 995 to 1299 is an insane diffence to just randomly change to. when online it still shows 995. i ask for my application fee back and they say it’s non refundable. they also told me they haven’t even gotten to look at my application, but when i put it in it said soemeone would contact me in 1-2 days. don’t apply here they just take your application fee and never get back to you. you also have to go in and talk to them i’ve called maybe 10 times in the past couple weeks and left about 5 messages and have heard nothing back.

The management team is the worst team I have ever seen they don’t try to converse in any other form of communication except you being there in person which is really inconvenient and they never processed our application even though they said they would multiple times, it’s just a hot mess and frustrating.

I want to share my experience so others know what to expect before working with this office.
My roommates and I first reached out to Chris in early May about a specific floorplan. We were told there was no availability, but he said he'd look into options for us. On June 10th, he emailed us saying the floorplan was available and asked us to submit paystubs and student info. We completed everything — documents included — by June 12th.
Since then, we've received almost no communication. Emails went unanswered. When my roommate called on June 16th, she was told Chris was still working on our file. She visited in person on June 17th and was told it had been sent to compliance. I went in myself on June 18th and was told the same thing. When I asked for a rough timeline, I was told they had no idea.
With our move-in date of July 1st approaching, I came in again today (June 22nd) since no one answers the phone or returns voicemails. I was met by an entirely new set of faces who informed me that the application hasn't been worked on since May — and that it is not, and likely never was, with compliance. That directly contradicts what we were told on multiple occasions.
I'm genuinely frustrated that we were given inaccurate information repeatedly. The one bright spot today was Maureen, who was kind, professional, and took down all my information to get us an update by tomorrow morning.
Update: That update never came. By 10am the following day there was no email, so I reached out to Maureen directly at the personal email she had provided — no response. All of our calls continued to go unanswered as well.
I also want to flag something important for anyone considering applying here: these are income-based apartments, and there’s a policy that not everyone in the household can be a full-time student. When we first inquired, we didn’t meet that requirement. Chris told us about workarounds and ways around the restriction — but when I later brought up what he’d said in front of his coworkers, he acted like he had no idea what I was talking about.
The bottom line: get everything in writing, keep a backup housing option, and do not assume silence means progress. Based on our experience, you cannot rely on what you’re told here verbally.
