  Although I lived here 5 years ago, I still reference it as one of my favorite apartments, especially during university. I wish I could’ve stayed the entirety of my time in the area. Nice for young professionals or students who don’t want anything to do with student housing or other students. The location is secluded in terms of San Marcos main areas. Maintenance was extremely helpful, respectful, and the place is beautiful. The fridge did need to be replaced due to issues with freezer, but they were efficient in getting it completed. The clubhouse was also beautiful from what I remember. Stayed in my apartment during a freeze and was able to hunker down safely.

  Came to visit my friend and was very impressed with the complex! The pool and other amenities were so nice!

  I moved my son into his apartment last year and he has had a wonderful experience here. Maintenance responds very quickly if he ever has an issue and he loves taking his dog to the dog park!

  Sadler is an amazing property to live at. Especially with the new Supervisor Gilbert he does an outstanding job!

  My boyfriend stays at Sadler and I absolutely love going over there! The pool is always perfectly clean, the office staff is so kind, and the maintenance team is on top of everything! I’d recommend Sadler House to anyone looking for a new home!
