  Be careful letting your kids run around in the area. There is broken glass left all over the playground area because unfortunately the grills are located right beside the playground where adults drink and can’t properly dispose their trash. Maintenance doesn’t seem to be picking it up either as it’s been there multiple days.

  Save yourself the time and look elsewhere. I lost my job and the assistant manager Jennifer Gonzalez pushed to evict me..... i moved out before hand. She doesnt manage anything well and the property mgr is no help. Please dont move here unless you want to deal with someone as cold as her. Robert was the only nice one and so was Karla. On another occasion her and I were on the phone and before i was finished speaking, she hung up on me. I even referred a resident and never got my $1000 referral credit. This place is a joke and if you move here be prepared

  I’ve been living here since the beginning of times and I absolutely love it here! The office staff is super nice and I love how Karla always goes above and beyond!! The maintenance team is always on top of my requests and keeps the community looking beautiful and clean. Thank you for the extra doggy stations!! My doggie and I truly appreciate everyone

  The move in process was simple and great my leasing agent Karla very polite and communication of what was needed and the steps in the process of moving in very up front and straight forward. If your looking to have a easy leasing experience I suggest going to her every time.

  I’m very dissatisfied with my experience. The staff was rude Jennifer Gonzalez, and the details about the units were not explained clearly. When I asked questions and raised concerns, I did not receive helpful answers. The communication was poor throughout, and I left feeling frustrated and uninformed.
