  Just moved here, everyone has been so nice and first day in they had snacks, pizza and popsicles for the kids.

  Shout out to gabby Bernal for the pizza & Popsicle event today they got the good pizza from Rosie's 😋 with a fudge pop and a soda! They are always doing great events like this for the kids and residents❤️

  We have struggled for more than a month regarding disruptive behavior every night all night from an upstairs neighbor at Redwood apartments. We made the leasing office aware of the situation and have reached out to them in person via phone and now nightly emails in real time multiple times a week and we are told there is not much they can do for us. As a tenant for more than a year who has never had issues it is extremely disappointing that we are being forced to suffer because according to your team there is an issue with liability. My entire family is kept up all night waken up and this is every single night. Your property apparently has “strict” quiet hours but your team isn’t able to enforce it and we are being made to look like the bother when we are an entire apartment suffering without being able to sleep all night for an entire month, with only 2 quiet nights out of the entire month we’ve made daily complaints. I would like someone who is able to resolve this matter to contact us with a solution. We have been extremely patient for almost a month, but this is a complete nightmare and the lack of urgency from your team in this extreme matter is beyond frustrating and disappointing.
