  Good location and decent layout. Cons: Poor management communication and delayed maintenance. Review: I have lived here for 2 years, and unfortunately, the experience has gone downhill. While the physical apartment itself is fine, the management team is incredibly difficult to deal with. Communication is practically non-existent; emails go unanswered, and it is impossible to get someone on the phone. On top of that, maintenance requests take weeks to be addressed, even for urgent issues like a concern about a neighbor trying to harm my dogs and nothing being done. For the price of rent here, you expect a basic level of professionalism and upkeep, which is sadly lacking. I would look elsewhere before signing a lease here.

  The property that I live at called McCarty Commons is hands-down what I believe the most wonderful apartment complex ever! The amenities are fabulous and beautiful kept grounds! However, the staff of everybody here are the kindest most helpful I’ve ever encountered! Please come check them out because I can’t brag enough.

  I have lived here for only a month so far and I love it. Everywhere in the complex is very clean and kept up with. The amenities are very nice (I would love a basketball court). The staff is always very friendly. I would so far recommend McCarty Commons to everyone, this is a very nice community!

  Although I have only lived here a few months I have to say that this is one of the best apartment complexes you are going to find. The folks in the leasing office are amazing they took their time to talk about anything and everything when I toured answering every question I had. Maintenance here has also been fantastic I put a request in for AC issues and within 30 minutes the request was fixed and my apartment was cooling down nicely. The complex is also very well kept and quiet. I would strongly recommend this complex to anyone who wants a clean and quiet complex run by a fantastic staff.

  I had an amazing experience with the team at this apartment community! Kassidy, the leasing agent, was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The rest of the office staff were also wonderful and greeted me with a smile. A special thank you to Julie, the Property Manager, who was very professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. We talked about the upcoming resident event, and it was great to see how involved and excited she was about bringing residents together and creating a strong sense of community. It is clear that she takes great pride in the property and truly cares about both current residents and future prospects. Her dedication to providing a positive experience for everyone really stands out. The entire team made me feel valued and appreciated. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a place to call home!
