  Edit: I saw your comment, Management. If specific staff members are being praised for pricing and tours, and everyone else is complaining about LIVING there, it tells me I should not live there. Address your issues. To everyone sorting by new, if you see a positive review where they mention someone BY NAME, STAY AWAY. They most likely work there. As for me, I'm not taking my chances. Thanks guys for helping me stay away from here.

  The leasing agent Cynthia was very professional showing us around the property, and helping us during the application process. Property was very clean, organized and well maintained. Many amenities for the renters to use. Looking forward fprmo ing day.

  My husband and I applied from a sister property and due to some rental history before the sister property we are currently in, we were denied and when we asked one of the managers if they could help us in anyway, she looked at us like we were scums of the earth for even applying there and said no that we should pay what we owe and implied that we wouldn't get approved at any other sister property. We thought the process would be easier as it was a sister property that we were coming from, but the process was actually more of a nightmare than we anticipated. No one in any of the sister properties we were moving too knew the correct transfer process from a sister property was and when we were finally in the process of transferring somewhere else, we got denied anyway. What is the point of having a different process for individuals in sister properties when the outcome is still the same. I'm giving them a 1 star because of the vibes. They did not make us feel welcome and made us feel almost ashamed that we would even consider applying there. They were nice but I would much rather stay at the sister property we are currently in as they don't make us feel lesser than.
